That’s defiantly a good point you make at the end. Many modern critics now days just complain about things they don’t like rather then actually making really good criticisms on things that effect the story.

Ur right Daredevil has made jokes before and that isn’t necessarily against his character but the difference between the scene Ryan showed and the citations u used is Matt wasn’t in the middle of a fight. Matt Murdock frequently made some jokes but as Daredevil it wasn’t as frequent and when he did it was either after or before a fight. He has never quipped during a fight. He especially shouldn’t quip about lawyer work because it compromises his identity. Leap Frog even asks if he is a lawyer. To be fair I don’t think Ryan explained this very well in his video. Good video overall.

Damn I didn't even realize that Daredevil never mentioned his no kill rule to Jen. Very much on the nose for current day MCU heroes, did not like that, took a little bit off the score for me to be honest.
If they were dead, then Matt would’ve been able to tell by their heartbeats. Maybe they aren’t dead. So he wouldn’t have said anything.

I feel like the biggest weird out to me was Jen destroying a parking lot and throwing cars, like I thought she prided herself on being a human and also someone who holds the standard of the law very high, but then does completely illegal actions without a second thought and without thinking about the accountability of her actions. If just one person took their iPhone out on a midnight stroll she would clearly go to jail.
That’s an interesting point. I definitely think there should be legal consequences for the property damage (or at least some pushback) and Jen would know this could happen. Though considering how many times the Avengers get away with it post-Accords, maybe she’ll be able to develop an excuse.
@@s.k.4289 She probably will get away with it, but about that point about Jen knowing this could happen, Matt says “You ever destroy a parking lot?”, and Jen just says “Oh!” like the consequences of her actions had completely slipped her mind.
The thing is that could also be seen as “oh right, I did do that” after time as passed.

I hate it when people just say that something is bad without elaboration and move on to their next subject. I have see a couple of those in the last few months.

How would you feel if She-Hulk’s tone Interacted with Daredevil’s tone kind of like with Batman and Superman for example ?
So a few points I would like to bring up:
1. I don't think Matt was trying to explain himself andnjsut wanted to get out ASAP. He made a quip sure, because he has a sense of humor but I don't think h e wanted her help since he saw her as reckless and wanted to do stuff himself.
2. The Matt killing thing I can get but in the scene where she saves him the ambush wouldn't really kill them? It would harm them but murder not so much. At best he could criticse her for being reckless but it isn't character assassination.
3. Matt being more jokey makes sense. This is post S3 and wants to take a more positive outlook to life. This is also reflected by the colors of the suit being bright red and yellow.
4. Hallway fight was good. I think Matt is an expert and better at fighting so close distance might be a preferences but going upfront is hardly as issue. I also think he does it for dramatic effect, to maintain the fear of 'the devil' type thing.
I disagree with points 2 and 4.
If debris fall on your head from that height, it is very likely you could die. Add to that that it fell by the strength of a Hulk, it becomes even more likely.
As for the dramatic effect, I don't think it should take priority when you can have a bolt or an arrow in you. Your top priority would be to sneak in and close the distance so they could not get a good shot at you.

He does that. His plan is to sneak in, but he is also adpet enough to take them down on his own.

I can’t tell is S.K defending the she hulk show
Something that doesn't make sense to me. In the daredevil show, foggy mentions that dragging Matt home in costume would be suspicious, but he walks home in his costume like it's no big deal? Also one thing I personally didn't like, but is subjective, I feel like daredevil was kinda over the top acrobatic, I mean he jumped off a building. I liked it more when he was just a guy, who was pretty good at fighting, but very grounded.
Wherever he left with his costume on would be where he enters.
I don’t see how his acrobatics are over the top, Daredevil has been training for years and would improve over time.

@@pheas i know this is from a year ago but daredevil pulls off insane and impossible acrobatics all the time in the comics so him doing what he doses in she hulk makes me hope we see more comic booky stuff in born again (ie classic dd villains like mr fear and the purple man showing up) while keeping the dark tone
The real argument would be that a devout catholic hooking up on a business trip for a one night stand is questionable writing at best.
In preparation to the next video, I know that the TASM movies are not perfect and there are some major issues with them, but I also believe that they are the easiest to fix and need the least ammount of improvement among series and movies about Spider-Man.
Here are a few known criticisms that I have heard on the 6 year of acknowledgement of people disliking two of my favorite superhero movies and my reply to them:
1. Peter takes his mask off too often.
My response: He does that, but it always happens in isolated places like an evacuated school or in unpopulated tunnels. It would have been better if he didn't take his mask off at school, but he knew that there was no one there.
2. Peter knew Harry for years, but he didn't know that Oscorp existed?
My response: You are absolutely right. Peter should have known about Oscorp's existence.
3. Max's teeth fixed themselves when he became Electro.
My response: ... Okay...? Why is this an issue? The guy can convert his mass into energy and reform himself. Why not modify his appearance, and why wouldn't it include fixing some cosmetic issues?
4. Andrew Garfield is not ugly enough to play Peter.
My response: Was Peter ever ugly?
5. Peter is not Flash's main victim.
My response: Well, Peter is clearly in a good shape, so maybe Flash doesn't want to pick on someone his own size.
6. Lizard is an idiot and his plan is stupid.
My response: Curtis Connors has suffered for years for being crippled. He is obsessed with making himself a superior being, and when he learned that it was possible to do it, even if temporarily, he was convinced by a mental side effect of his serum that he should spread his gift with an entire city. Honestly, it is better than just being a mindless reptilian Hulk who wants to kill everyone. Could it be handled better? Sure, but I think this is the most logically consistent villain in any Spider-Man movie other than Spider-Verse Kingpin.
7. Peter is looking for vengeance over his uncle's death instead of justice.
My response: Seriously? Every single time his uncle dies in any media, Peter is up for vengeance! Why is TASM the different than any of the other versions? Also, didn't Raimi Peter indirectly kill the guy whom he thought killed his uncle? How is that not a vengence?
8. Peter did not figure out what happened to his parents nor did he catch his uncle's killer.
My response: You are right. Peter should have finished theae two quests in the first movie.
These are some of the most common complaints I heard over the years, and as you can see, some of them are kind of stupid, and those that are not are acceptable.
I may love these two movies, but I am not going to excuse every issue blindly, and even can come up with some ideas for improvement.

I have no doubt that he will notice some actual problems, and as much as it somewhat worries me that my favorite Spider-Man movies are going to be ripped apart by him, I am certain that it could benefit me to a degree because I have already started rewriting them two years ago and could use his criticism to improve them even further than I initially planned.
One of the first changes that I made and proud of is that Peter was tempted to take a picture of Gwen but chose against it, and he actually had an angle up her skirt. Then there is the crowd of students that did not cheer Flash, but instead stood there in fear to take that kid's place, and Peter was the only one brave enough to take the action against the bully.
I also had Peter knowing about Oscorp because his friend is the son of the CEO and used that connection to get to the tour instead of sneaking in.

I seem she-hulk i thought it was alright. I will say the weekest episode of the whole series was the wedding one and to me the B plot was more interesting about mr.immortal and his many marriages. But i think that will happen with sitcom style shows or any show where the B plot is more interesting than the A plot and you wpuld prefer the B plot to take center focus.

Do you know a reason why Daredevil would walk barefoot? That tends to be the classic trope of a woman who slept somewhere other than her own bed and whose shoes were not designed for long distance. The entire 'walk of shame' concept doesn't apply to men, but the writers of this show didn't do their research.
As you pointed out, if the second wave of crims in the hall had carried guns, Daredevil would have needed She-Hulk's help, but they didn't, so her intervention wasn't necessary.

You’re appealing to practicality to explain how the walk of shame is done in real life to counter my point that Daredevil did it for humorous purposes.
Some of them had crossbows. It’s silly they didn’t use guns but multiple shots of crossbows can’t just be dodged in a condensed hallway.

Daredevil does not have super speed. It’s reasonable to say he’d lose to multiple shots being fired at him in a hallway when there is plenty of distance between them.
We should backtrack on a few things because people been praising the old mcu despite it being not much better. Iron man 3? Perhaps a video on it?
The only good MCU movie is Iron Man 1,and that's it.
People seem to forget Phase 4 is in the same situation Phase 2 was. A mix of good and bad movies and people complaining nothing can top the first Avengers movie and also complaints of Marvel scraping the bottom of barrel when they introduced The Guardians of the Galaxy.

I dont rember She-hulk saving Matt in this ep...If they were referring her smashing through the roof in the hallway scene then Matt could have easily taken out those guys on his own.
