the fact that Jay Mike used SR4U Josh’s new Pure Grip Socks is just amazing
It seems crazy to me that the .1 is treated as the downgrade version, especially when it seems the pros opt for the laced version. I still want the .1, because I prefer laces. But it's disappointing knowing it doesn't have quite the same premiem look as the laceless.

Jono Kanda I haven’t tried his socks yet but I think the grip is probably better than Nike’s I’m not too sure about the sock quality but it seems really good and better per dollar than Nike’s
I got to try them out today actually. Not gonna lie it’s better than the Nike grip socks by far. Easily better than trusox as well.

Adidas missed an opportunity to show that they let the public have the exclusive carbon insert that is seen in some of the pro-issued nike boots that I saw on bcbootsuk. I think they could have used that to their advantage saying that they give the feature to the public but nike doesn't

Carbon fibre plates in shoes provide measurable performance improvements when marathon runners use them. How this translates to grass, which absorbs your energy when you run i couldn't say. But the concept is legitimate. That carbon plate would load when you run. Having tried the ghost on, they feel very uncomfortable.

Hi JayMike , Im switching from vapors 13 to the X20 Ghosted +. I wear a size 10.5 (US)in the vapor 13s. Do you recommend that I should go a size down to 9.5 for x20 ghosted + or half a size down??
If you’re still wondering about sizing, the X Ghosted + should feel almost identical in sizing to the X18+ and X19+, so try those on to know your size. If you can’t try them on, then for reference, I wear a 10 in Vapor and went down a half size for the X Ghosted +, cheers.
i think the reason ive gone nike recently is because nike doesnt make you feel ripped off for getting the vapor instead of the superfly. theres no difference in upper material, fit, or even stud plate. Predators are a big example of such a drop off in quality from the + to .1
the predators + are so comfortable and the .1 feel so rigid and demon spikes seem to fall off easier. i dont think thats fair.

I have had 3 pairs of phantom vsn and have had a problem with sole separation on 2/3. I was wondering what could be a better choice for my next boots.
I recommend the preds or x19.1/+ they have held up incredibly well for me on ag, preds going for 6 months xs for 1 year no signs of wear, I wear them about 5-6 times a week

BelieveInTheHype there is no separation at all so far. Not only that, I really like the way they feel as well. Obviously look at reviews and stuff for yourself but the x19.1 is a really good boot in my opinion

When you are testing a boot with transparent skin on top you shouldbhave gone with socks with any other color than white so as to know how transparent it is and how it looks then.
