*I was missing some ingredients so I substituted the rosemary for fresh parsley, the white wine for apple cider vinegar (slightly less), the heavy cream for coconut milk, and the orzo for couscous

I would like you to try my “Miso eggplant” recipe!It differs somewhat from what you made. I make miso sauce(mix and simmer miso, sugar and mirin until thickened ),and put it on the eggplant (fried or shallow fried ).

As a Israeli, we eat that all the time it’s a traditional food here, but what you made is also a traditional Israeli food called- Ptitim. Americans always get mistaken about this two lol I just was surprised that even the shops are.. LOVE YOUUU❤❤
