Wenn meine Autobatterie bei meinem Ford Focus MK4 am Ende ist und ich sie tauschen muss, kann ich meine EFB Batterie gegen eine AGM Batterie tauschen?
Servus, hat jemand Erfahrungen mit dem Wechsel beim FoFo auf eine AGM Batterie? Meine schwächelt nach 4 Jahren ziemlich und ich überlege eine neue einzubauen, dann ggfs. direkt eine AGM statt der werksmäßigen EFB... VG
Hallo, ist das Gerät auch verwendbar, wenn die Daten der Batterie nicht vorhanden sind?
Außer der Spannung 12V und die Maße des Batteriekörpers.

ja funktioniert auch. Dann ist die Messung nicht 100% Akkurat, aber darauf kommt es dann ja nicht an.
Auch mit geschätzten Angaben bekommt man ein einigermaßen zuverlässiges Ergebnis.
Ok so if battery is not ok, do you change battery or charge it in home?
You can try to charge it at best with a special recovery charging mode.
Sometimes this helps (a bit), but when the Battery is not ok you need usually to replace it.

2 questions for you. I and a friend of mine have the same engine as yours and we have some issues:
1. Oil vapors leaks on the edge of the engine block's gaskets. Did you notice the same?
2. Sometimes (randomly), power steering is a bit shakey for 2-3 seconds and it throws a DTC: battery voltage low. After changing with Forscan the battery charging target to 90%, the shakes happen less frequently but still do. Did it happen to you too?

Haven't heard or had a shaky power steering. That is very strange. Can only recommend to visit a dealer to solve this as I have no idea what this could be

Hab mir gestern, gleich nach dem ich das Video hier geschaut habe das Testgerät bestellt. Ist vorhin gekommen.
Stellt Englisch ein. Die Deutsche Ansicht ist eine Zumutung. Das hat jemand übersetzt der der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist und es wohl 1:1 vom Google-Übersetzter abgeschrieben.
Mensch, da drauf hab ich jetzt echt nicht geachtet. Dachte lässt du auf english und gut ist, hab aber nicht gecheckt wie für deutsche Übersetzung ist. Zum Glück sind alle Test selbsterklärend 😅

Die Autoindustrie ist das letzte Glied in der Kette was die Mobil-Funk-Chips angeht. Sind also am besten zu melken.
Traurig das unsere Gerichte das noch unterstützen.
Bitte noch schneller sprechen und auf jeden Fall als Deutscher, Englich im Gerät einstellen, so kann auch jeder, dem Englich nicht wirklich geläufig ist, auf jeden Fall nichts verstehen. Danke
