I can control vasanas.....only when I become conscious of them. Not by resisting them, prohibition, that only makes it more persistent. It's being lost or attached to the activity that is the real problem. I say "oh look here it comes again", then it goes away for a while....eventually in time, it's gone. For every vasana I lose I expand equally in freedom, that's my experience.
But James, can you clear me that Vedanta path enlightenment and Buddha, Krishna path they very very experiential about self or very clear about atman. This clear knowledge came from the only experience. what are you say about Buddha sadhana, he is wrong or he read Vedanta. what difference between experience self buddha or me. You say that I already experience self.
Hahahaha brilliant stuff, I feel my compulsion to go on CZcams and comment through ego conditioning is my vasanas lol it’s only a problem if you see it as a problem in relation to your current living conditions. I’m just letting my compulsive ego flow. I’m young so it’s understandable, but I learn from it.
Hi James, I read your, how to attain enlightenment, The Essence Of Enlightenment and see a lot of your youtube video about enlightenment. You say that Enlightenment is knowledge not experience, but this knowledge does to came from study Vedanta. Vedanta is very Theoretical is not practical. I do not find Brahman/atman through your word. Vedanta only talking about atman but here no practical method/way experience atman or Brahman. Buddha, Krishna, Ramana they are actually realized or Experience Bramhan/Atman, not just read Vedanta and say 'I am Enlightenment'. Can you tell me what difference between Buddha, Krishna or Me? This Enlightenment Master teaching or Vedantic Enlightenment very difference. Please understand my doubt, Here I do not Say Vedanta is Wrong. But It's not working. Please answer me as soon as possible. I wait for your reply. Thanks,
I miss you James! I hope I can come back to Spain soon Isvara willing ❤

Beautiful teaching. Thank you.
Your informal speech helped me to better understand the BMI chart (Swami Chinmayananda's teaching). Thanks you.
