    👁️⚠️Very Useful Inquiry here:
What is the Value of Awareness(being aware)? 🤔😶💥
    - Does this thought (whatever thought) has more value than awareness?
    - Does this feeling, sensation, somatic energie, experience (whatever it is)has more value than awareness?
    - Does "my Wife/Spouse",my Dog,my Job,my Car,my Stuff more value than awareness? Ups... controversial 😃
So ...then pick awareness!! Rest as awareness.
Don't buy into less valuable things!😊
Next level realization:(Achtung Spoiler‼️) Everything** Is "made Out of", arrise IN and AS this : Ordinary, inefable, effortless, unchanging,
    allways present, field of Awareness
Now go and find your self If this Is true
What Is the only "thing" with out wich you could never find it?😉
    ** Yes,your Mum and Dad,Wife/Spouse too

When it comes to suicide it's a tricky road for some. There is a need for clear concise clarification as many in these circles tend to agree with the general populace that suicide is the worst thing a human being (Jiva) can do! Rupert is on the same page as Ramji with an intelligent non-emotional understanding of suicide. That said, when it comes to family/friends who experience one doing this there is regardless, sadness and confusion. So, it is refreshing with accurate knowledge to be able to lessen the hurt should this happen personally. Is it considered such a radical statement or is it in fact a complete understanding of what really is? It could be a test of one's true understanding of non-duality.

Yes, exactly, it is a challenge of one's understanding of reality. The Self is always free to choose. People who are attached to the body don't understand this teaching, so non-attachment to the body is required to understand. People who commit suicide are doing so to remove suffering and for no other reason. It is tricky to talk about it. Is it wrong to remove suffering?

@@JamesSwartzShiningworld But the intense suffering is a direct result of wanting to escape from pain (truth). As a soul the way out is not chasing pleassure and not running from pain, otherwise you cannot grow. Its not wrong but is resolves nothing but add to an instictive fear and running from pain. It's too much to bear because its all ran away from and it accumalated. You have made fear real. This consistant choice made you belief you actually cant bear the pain, so suffering mentally/emotionally is the only alternative and now you want to end that as well. But yes on a personal level I have a lot off compassion, I just think it it mostly attached to the suffering of the lower levels (mind, emotions, body) instead of the suffering of not being the Self. Please correct me if I am wrong

@@Puuws You’re right and you’re not right, which doesn’t mean you are wrong.. You’re right that fear directly causes accumulated pain, but what causes fear?
It is indirectly caused by the non-appreciation of one’s whole and complete self. When you feel incomplete and inadequate, you look for things to complete you and you reap the accumulated pain of loss. But the feeling of incompleteness and inadequacy is not evidence of incompleteness and inadequacy. It is only evidence of itself. If you inquire into the one that is aware of the pain with the help of scripture, you will objectify the pain and it will go away because you are never what you experience. It is an object known to you, unborn existence shining as consciousness/awareness.
