That number 1 point is everything! and truly money is a spirit that can be positive or negative often times, negative aspect of money affects friendship. I recently had an experience with a friend, we both hung out and went home in the same cab, she did the transfer to the uber guy and some other bills. We split the bills and I did a transfer of my part to her that night. 3 weeks later, she reached out to me asking for the same money thank God for transfer receipts, I quickly searched my alerts and sent her a screen shot. I try to keep money matters clean with friends. I no get strength to fight. I am sharing this Video with my sister because she is in a mess of borrowing people money and they will never pay back. Thank you Tosin.
All the point raised in this video are all correct. As someone who worked in finance and consulting, this was the advise we gave day in, day out. Anything you don’t understand, don’t invest in it. Research will give you lots of quality information that people pay for. Well done!

“Don’t lend money you can’t forgo” that’s my theme for year. I have been preaching this because people LACK manners and empathy when money is involved. Integrity is key! What is your credit value in these streetsssssss. People talk so listen well so you don’t fall victim of lending someone with a bad track record even at that it’s RISKY!

Speaking truth. Lending money is complicated they are happy taking the money it’s a different story returning it. Investing is so crucial but better to know what you are doing than to invest wrongly and lose the money. Heard treasury bills in Nigeria has good returns here in the UK banks paying 1.5% or less smh.
