Whoever signed this off at English FA should be sacked.
It's worse than OK'ing a design, what made Nike think it was a good idea to change the flag of England? I'm willing to bet they were asked to change it and it would be interesting to see who and why. As for the Arsenal badge it was changed so that they could regain copyright and control who made merchandise since there was a decision the old badge wasn't copyrightable (I think)

I paid a visit to Sports Direct and JD Sports this morning. Every Nike football shirt, England or not, now has a nice big St. George on. Courtesy of a permanent red marker I bought in WH Smiths.
