- Whipped feta is wonderful on its own, but for a smoky sweetness that makes it special, flavor the dip with scallions that have been blackened in the oven. Serve with pita chips or buttery crackers, and if you’re an overachiever, top the dip with charred cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of honey.

This is the best thing i‘ve ever eaten. I never want to eat anything else again
This looks phenomenal
Oh my stars! I was a bit dubious about the charred onions and lemons but wow, was I wrong! This is fabulous!
I don't know why you were dubious about the charred onions and lemons, but I'm glad that you admit that you were wrong! Isn't it amazing?
Looks amazing!! Definitely going to be making this
Smart move.
Vaughn was a great addition to the team guys, so was Scott. Love the new videos
We think so, too.
This could be a great sauce for pasta
As much as I love pasta, just no.
Can this be done without a food processor?
Yes, I used an immersion blender. But, next time I will definitely use food processor. The blender was awkward, and didn’t mix as well as I had hoped. I had to do it in several stages. Still, a delicious recipe.
Are the charred lemons supposed to be eaten?
DEF!!
