      Yes Harshit. Any form of physical activity is a fantastic option to stay healthy. But for gaining weight the math remains - eating in caloric surplus. Just find your maintenance calories, starting eating more, optimal protein intake, track and adjust. Hope it helps.

      @@harshitgupta476 okay. Now assuming that you eat cooked food. One option is to measure using a food scale. Its not as accurate as measuring raw food but still better than not measuring at all.
      Secondly, if its a hostel mess and it's kind of awkward for you to measure food in front of everyone, a good way is to eat little more than required and make small increments across food items across the day and track your weight regularly. If you start to gain about 300-500g per week, you're good. If more, decrease the amount of food slightly and vice versa.
      But measuring is always a better way to track.

      Humesha koshish kijiye ki all natural options khareedo.. especially the one with hydrogenated fat is not good at all. Yes you can have peanut butter with oats.
