I wanted to create a gorgeous tote out of a reusable grocery bag. I knew it would be a reach especially when using a grocery bag and household drapery clips but as per usual I was up for the challenge, and I delivered!
Inspired by the Chanel Deauville I wanted to create my original take on the tote. This bag is reminiscent of the Coco Clear Bag made popular by many of the recreations you all did of my original version.

This bag was incredibly fun to design and a very welcoming distraction. It turned out better than I could have imagined. I pieced together all the elements from items I had previously purchased for other projects and some I had purchased for this creation as well. I hope you all love it as much as I did. I especially love the neutral color theme; perfect for Spring/Summer on a casual day with jeans.

I love how you elevated the normal to fantastic. This might be my favorite so far! My sister passed away a month ago. She was only 35. This has been a huge sadness to me and the rest of our family. i'm so very happy to hear your doing well 💕 i'm good as well, been doing my nails way more often than i should, over and over again 😄 also lots of baking and drawing and oh! i'm not sure if you familiar with this phenomenon; i love books, and buy them often, always with a great desire for reading but not always with the greatest will or time... and whenever i get a new one i can ACTUALLY feel my unread shelf loaded with books staring at my back, fuming from the lack of attention... well, i finally got around to read many of them! (i always intended to, eventually 😉)
Self-care in any positive form is necessary. Making time for self is something I’ve always practiced and encouraged in others. Your nails need doing, your belly needs baking, your mind needs books and drawing. I have a friend who is a rare book dealer, she bought me a beauty that I’m finally able to read. I’m with you, excited. Nothing like the smell of pages in an old rare book.

Can you please make a video about how you search for the embellishments for your projects on a site like aliexpress or amazon that has so many search results? I would love to hear your tips for what keywords to use and how to use the sites' search functions to narrow down the results.
For instance, I'm looking for an object like the gold head on the Versace Medusa pumps. I want something that's really a simple shape without any thinner or more fragile pieces that might fall off. Preferably some kind of light plastic or resin with a flat surface. Maybe a rose or another kind of flower. But even though I can describe something like that to you, it's harder to describe it to a search engine and I tend to hit dead ends unless I know the exact name of the thing I'm looking for. Searching flowers just ends up in pages of fake cloth flowers and searching pendants just results in all kinds of tiny 1 inch charms. And if I search for gold and rose, it just thinks I'm looking for rose gold items.
Anyway, I'd love to learn from your experience to make sourcing materials easier.
This is a great idea. This is no easy task as it's hard to get the proper descriptions to items that you don't know how to properly describe. I search hours at a time. I may a video to explain my process.
