    My mom controls my whole day so she will have to decide what you have to eat for the day what time of the day you run, how long you get swolleeeeee, what you do in your free time!!!!! Please do it amber i think it would be so funny!!!!

      We all felt it, its what happens when you don't roll for 4 months. I now have a sprained foot and haven't been able to run in a month.

    We train too early in the morning for me to eat. My coach is like "guys make sure you come to practice hydrated and fueled. That's means eat a healthy breakfast." I'm like coach if I eat I'm going to vomit so I eat after practice

    Amber. Do you have any running tips? I'm an injured athlete. And I used to sprint alot. But right now I can only do middle- long distance running.

      you should look up videos on how to get faster they actually really helped me!! what you eat also determines how u run as well

    Love your videos. I might copy your breakfast this weekend. Got some porridge and bananas, just need some blueberries and strawberries. It means I have to get up 5-10 mins earlier this week just to prep my breakfast. Take it easy [goes runs 10k] :)
