And it is pooled and shared with all other Churches of the same denomination. So the needs of the small Churches also met by the share the rich church. Pastor in big church and pastor in small church also equally fed. Accounts are announced in the church every week.
All the independent Churche pastor's know this 'keeping everything in common' but they do not want to follow and these discussions are immaterial. I am a son of a mainline church pastor. My father pasted for 40 years. But we bought a small car after we children stated earning only though he was pastoring 2000 family membership church.

Church building is not built by 1 person or 1 family alone, group of people join hands and give offerings and using that money it's built , so if the collection is made visible to the church people and display the maintenance expenses then it will be good ... investment is not by pastor family alone , it's thro many people money this is built, if the expenses are openly displayed then more money can be utilised fir more meetings for people to be saved and can do more public service so that we can gain the favour of non believers as well ...

Dear Brothers, You have a valid point here, but Bro Solomon is mentioning like it's happening only in your church, that's not right. There are lots of Churches and Pastors are doing as what you have mentioned. But cannot say all, I personally know churches in TN and Karnataka, larger churches providing only their where basic exp to Pastors and they don't have any control over money.(They choose not)
