Winter Wonderland at Niagara Falls | Capturing Nature’s Beauty w/ My Daughter -Sony a7c & Sony a7r4a

We thought we came prepared with full snowsuits, Sony weather-sealed cameras and lenses, tripods etc. as we set out to capture the Three Sister’s Islands and part of the Horseshoe Falls on the American side of Niagara Falls, but we didn’t realize what we were really in for...
Miana primarily used a Sony a7c and a 100-400GM and I was using my Sony a7r4a with a Tamron 28-200 lens.

Winter is incomparably beautiful. I especially like the long exposure still shots resembling flash frozen flow. I've only been to the very crowded Falls in summer so these scenes are remarkable to me. Like in one of your previous Japan photos, the city buildings in the background provide context as well as contrast to the power of nature. Your daughter has a good eye! Thanks for these inspiring photos.

There is definitely a lot less people there this time of year, it's a tough trip to plan for tourists. It's a beautiful season though. Thanks for your comments, she'll be happy to hear that.
