Some good investigating and theories on Helena bro. Shes a very complex and highly misunderstood character in the dance of the dragon. I like your thought on the woman on fire. I'm not gonna confirm or denieds either way tho.

She is foreseeing everyone's death, she talks about the tapestry and how it depicts history, introduced in the openings in Season 2. Hands will be writing (looming) the history on the tapestry using spools of green and black for the two rival teams and the members of the House Targaryen, who are alive (dragons of flesh) will be writing (weaving) their own history of how they will die on the tapestry (dragons of thread, becoming dead dragons depicted on the tapestry). Also the beasts are the ones who killed her son, blood and cheese, they came from below.

The beasts were the RATS/Men moving between the walls and boards. It was a tide of prophecy.

Yeah, I was assuming it was probably a spoiler, but I was going with what I knew since I stopped reading after the death of Jace. I was surprised HBO showed that image.
