I'm glad they have kept him around as well. Not a lot of teams carry a fullback these days but big-bodied fullbacks like Sherm can fit very well in a number of schemes providing extra blocking on passing or running Downs and like tight ends can play a huge part in the screen game.

The Dee Ford play was not an offsides, that was illegal formation, the offensive lineman was damn near in the backfield.
Technically it wasn't illegal. He just lined up as far as legally allowed away from the ball and still be considered on the line of scrimmage.

I believe overtime would be better if both teams were guaranteed a chance to score. If the offense scores a touchdown on the first possession during overtime the opposing team should be given the equal amount of time that the other team used to score the touchdown if and only if it was scored on first possession

I think they have a good shot at doing this and you know Patrick and andy have that on their mind. They want to make history and they are looking like they might be able to do it.
