From the obvious delicious fried food, to everything you can boil, to jambalaya, gumbo, etouffe, remoulade, sauce piquante... Hell, my favorite thing my Cajun mom makes is Crawfish Fettucini! It's all good, tho. Joe doesn't have a lot of time for dining out anyway. Too much of a football guy.
