the recoil isn't even that bad and if you have commando foregrip with the forge tac eclipse it's as smooth as the m4 oops i meant the other one but same diff its as much a killing machine....the only thing that sucks is i wish it had some cool conversion (this goes for all the guns tbh.) e.g. M4A1 with SOCOM and burst is fun. I wish there were more combos you could do like this with other guns.
What recoil? Its barely more than the M4...which I mean M4 is basically a no skill laserbeam. More or less Ram-7 is the M4 but requires a minimal amount of skill to negate its recoil

For anyone wondering about the Quick Fix video, or if you saw it at all, fun fact, Quick Fix stacks. You are almost dead but killed 2 people? You regenerate about a second and a half later, instead of 3.5, or whatever it is on a single kill. Can you cover the Holger next?
You didn’t mention how Recoil Stabilization can greatly improve the guns recoil even. commando grip is amazing on the gun. The fact you aren’t leveling up & experimenting with a genuine interest is hindering what recommendations you could even offer. i do love your work
I agree and I hate to say it. I want to support him but I’d much rather he spend a whole day leveling up each fun and giving us his recommendations. I guess this is because he’s not really enjoying the game. I have max lvl on every gun he has mentioned but I also grind my ass off. Wish he had the same motivation....
yeah and he completely writes off the ranger barrel even though with the monolithic you are looking at almost %50!!!! range increases and recoil reduction without factoring in that the gun is still going to outspeed the meta m4s because of their Grenadier is reducing ads just as much but the Ram is faster from the start. I think if he redid this now with Warzone in mind it might be different.

RAM 7 is identical to Tar21 in MW2, same qualities and same downsides. In the right hands it can be at the level of M4A1, but M4A1 is unbelievable for everyone. The only one attachment that gives Ram7 a boost is the XRK barrel that has to be used only with XRK stock, the first one create longer ADS and the second one helps you to reduce them, the weapon remains much much more stable and the ADS is near the base ADS that is very good.
Chris Richfield No, but it does 1 hit to the head and neck, has better handling, recoil, versatility and basically replaces the semi auto sniper role of the dragunov when equipping the sniper scope. Its a better semi auto sniper than the actual semi auto sniper. Also, if you want an upper chest sniper, just use the MK2. Has the same if not better 1 hit kill range and has better mobility. Only downside is that it has less 1 hit kill range.
In regards to not levelling up all the guns and using them in game play, just go into offline mode, shoothouse or vacant, and put all the bots on mixed difficulty. Will get good enough gameplay to give an idea as to the usefulness of the loadout. Just a thought :)
@@ClutchInCollective if you go offline (if internet dies for example... such as my stupid connection) select multiplayer offline. In the setup menu, you can specifically change the bot difficulty. Just go thru you'll see what I mean. Regular, recruit, hardened veteran, and there is a mixed option too. It feels good enough as if there's noobs or tryhards so it's good practice I think :) hope this helps
@@Stazza13 sometimes I use bots to practice, in infinite warfare I had no ps plus for 2 months so I played bots the whole time. Finally got it and my first game online I went 40-6 in tdm. In most cods a moderate amount of gun experimentation in bots can go a long way

I love turning this weapon into a star wars gun. Monolithic Suppressor, Ranger barrel, sniper scope, under barrel shotgun/grenade launcher, and 45 round mag.
It's definitely not overrated. Currently in leveling up the RAM-7. It's been a pleasure, I don't have a final modification as of yet. Still in testing mode for certain modifications. Just put on the tac eclipse barrel, tac laser, monolithic suppressor, strippled grip, & Cronen 2x2 scope. Haven't shot it yet but we'll find out tomorrow is this a good set up for the RAM-7. I tell you this I can but can't wait to see my me setup for it.
@@miked5144 MP5 is the superior SMG, but the MP7 does have accuracy. But still a lower TTK overall, if you are looking to use the most optimal gun, the MP5 is it. However, I hate using the cringe op shit.
This is my most used gun, was getting frustrated with it lately because the mobility seemed poor for its intended role, so I took the long barrel off and man is it a game changer.
I was wondering why my gun had a 60 round drum mag in gunfight... Anyways I completly understand pumping out vidéos faster rather than focusing on game play keep it up!
FSS Ranger + Compensator + Tac Laser + Commando foregrip + 50 round mags is legendary. The aiming stability is great, so is the recoil control, the ADS speed is still quick given the fact there’s no other ADS attachments (besides the tac laser) i have been shredding people in ground war from all distances and almost always get the first shot in at CQC. It feels and plays like the M4 before all the nerfs
To be honest I would much rather miss out on gameplay with your chosen class setup if it means getting them sooner just cos they are truly amazing and super helpful. Thanks for all the great work you put into these 👌😁
I really enjoy using the Ram7. It's a nice change of pace from time to time. My loadout is a little different and found that for recoil at a distance is better with this setup: Forge tac eclipse, XRK cqc stock, Cronen LP945 mini reflex, Merc Foregrirp, & 45 round mags
Wooowwww I didn't expect that XRK barrel to increase the ADS speed by 4 freaking frames !! Definitely changing it to the Eclipse... For some reason, I prefer the recoil on the RAM more than the M4 lol. And since the first 10-12 bullets go straight up it's very easy to beam people across the map... Recoil king is the kilo though and by a mile ! After the first 10 bullets, there is literally no recoil to control, it becomes a real laser gun.
My usual daily routine: 1. Watch Ace's gun guides while bored at work 2. Get pumped to go home and play CoD 3. Go home and play CoD 4. Play for 3 matches and remember how bad I suck 5. Rage quit, swearing to never play CoD again 6. Repeat all steps the next day
RAM-7 is currently in my top 2 favorite weapons. love the fast RoF (always end up running 45 round mag) and on a personal note, i love how it sounds. it was my 2nd gold weapon
Assault rifle doing 28-23-18 Anyone remember how an SMG used to be 40-35 and could even have stopping power on it making it 56-49? And the headshot multiplier was 1.4 making it a two shot kill with only one headshot from literally across the map? Man those were fun times.
I literally remember people making threads, videos and other media to try and get IW to go through MW2 and nerf shit, but we also found out that they were fighting themselves in a lawsuit (that made them form Respawn and give us Titanfall). People forget that MW2 was meant to be balanced but nobody could work on the game apart to make some maps (which eventually maps got patched near BO1's release) but that game barely got touched. If Infinity Ward and Activision were best friends during MW2, the game would have had a VERY different lifecycle, and would be remembered differently.
I love that this new Modern Warfare has so many variables to it, and this results in the same gun being under/over powered. We've not had this luxury in other call of duty games. I absolutely love these breakdowns

Same, I liked the subsonic on mp5 but if it reduces range I won't use it as much now. Wondering if monolithic intergral increases range though, I never use it because 2 frame slower ads but if it also increases range as well as bullet velocity, it's actually really good.
From memory that was addressed in drifters vid and that barrel cuts the range from 12.5 metres to around 7.5 metres. But keep in mind there's no bullet tracers so often enemies wont see where they or their team mates are being shot from, therefore range doesn't matter so much with that barrel. Also the damage can be improved by using the 10mm ammo.
I use the subsonic for cqc only bcz its 1 of the only attachments I knw of that u get 4 Pro's & if I'm not mistaken only 1 con, if I'm wrong it'll b 2 cons. It shreds close quarters w collapsible stock, stippled grip, commando or tactical forgrip, & no optic needed. Range is pretty ass I must admit with subsonic so if ur looking for better range forget this setup
Bullet Velocity, for those who don't know, also affects the time your bullets take to hit your target, so it makes snipers a lot worse, and can negatively affect you when trying to reach targets at medium, long, and extreme range.
This thing absolutely wrecks in Hardcore. The fire rate plus 2-shot kill plus how fast it handles makes it INSANE for those modes. Plus the skin for it at battle pass level 99 is pure sex.
The AK-74u in Gunfight also has a unique attachment. The 8.1" compact barrel, but with a built-in foregrip, just like the Romanian barrel. I wonder just how many unique attachments we're missing out on just because they're locking them into Gunfight only.
I didn't really use this weapon until I hit the rank 99 in the Battle Pass. I couldn't turn down how great that blueprint looked; not to mention having early access to the Eclipse Barrel option was very cool. I don't see that many people using the RAM-7 and I'm somewhat surprised by that. The gun performs very well. I was able to pick it right up and do some serious damage; it felt quite user-friendly from the start.
For real. Unless you're playing range, the RAM reigns supreme. If you're playing long range, though, you can't beat the Oden. Aaaand, if you're playing CQC, there's no reason not to use one of the shotguns lol
Just use the 7 round mag if you have an unoccupied attachment spot. From what I see, it doesn't affect your ADS time that much. Also 9 rounds just seems overkill for a bolt action rifle.
Mrbobsparks Ace covered that in another video about overall ADS times and all the attachments that affect it. If I remember correctly it does slow your ADS but don’t remember how much
9-Round Extended Mags on the AX-50 is overdoing it, but you’re fine with the 7-Round attachment (previous commenter already said all of this, just reiterating). I’m looking forward to Ace covering it as well with real numbers, but anecdotally, 7-mag = +0.5 frames to ADS speed (half a frame slower), and 9-mag = +1 frame slower (give or take a quarter frame) I know this isn’t convincing, I just use snipers A LOT in this game, and that’s what it “feels” like.
Shouldn’t the Ram(Or Tavor) technically have the same or more range than the M4 being a Bull pup so it either has the same barrel length as an M4 but is designed to be a more compact package so that really doesn’t make any sense. :/
No. It is designed to have the same barrel length in a smaller package preferably for indoor situations with the added bonus of handing in tight areas.
Crazygone 510 Thought so, I know bull pups are designed for a more compact size purposely for better CQC/CQB usage but usually have the same barrel length as traditional rifles/weapons. But then the only reason I could see why they’d reduce its range compared to the M4 is simply balancing? Despite the M4 being the top weapon in the game. The IWI Tavor (or Ram), is really a favorite of mine, even outside of MW. I really wish it got 7.62 NATO conversion because the 7 in its name in game is closer to the real life counterpart of Tavor 7 which fires the .308 cartridge but eh.
@TheXclusiveAce if you're doing a video covering the bullet velocity changing ranges with barrels, might wanna check the muzzle attachments as well. Apparently the compensator for example adds a small bit of range for example.

Not just that, it's interesting how stacking recoil attachments work with barrels. I can stick a comp and commando on and it makes a massive difference on some guns (not much at all on others) but stick the commando on with a barrel that has recoil control and barely does anything. So many quirks when you combine attachments...

If you run a tac laser, Stippled grip, and close quarters stock you offset the negatives from using XRX Ranger barrel and still improve that ads slightly. Since it's already one of the faster ads weapons in the game it makes for a disgusting combo.
The RAM is an absolute beast. I actually rock the highest level barrel unlike what ace says. This gun can be deadly if you can control the recoil and it’s a monster for medium ranges
I really think your guides are very helpful and thank you for making these. But I'm just wondering maybe you can include stats for stocks next time? Since many of the stocks that increase ADS strafing speed which in my case, as a PC player, I strafe a lot and strafing really helps to smooth the gameplay and to surprise enemies.
One of my favorite guns in the game. I honestly take it over M4 any day. And considering all of my other favorite guns are Russian made, the fact I still like this one is honestly a miracle.
Thank you for confirming the Ram is better than the M4. It may not have the 97% movement speed of a No Stock M4 (guessing) but, it wins in TTK and other areas. Now the question is.. is it CWL legal? It is unlocked in Private Matches. Time will tell I guess!
I want to see the HDR sniper next because the Bull Barrel attachments both say that they provide recoil control and shot stability at the cost of mobility and bullet velocity, yet the pros say +bullet velocity. I want to know what they actually do based on testing.
I think the recoil itself is manageable, only problem is the horizontal wobble so put on attachments that improve recoil stabilization and you can map people with it. Also I found that shooting in bursts over longer ranges is very viable since the gun has a high rate of fire and recenters very quickly.
To be honest I start off using various guns, “ I’ll give this a go again” and after getting wasted from across the map by an mp5 or m4 I give up and use the same old shite. M4 or mp5. Hope this rumoured big update makes a few more guns viable 🤞
They need to buff the tac supressor, it's useless right now. Maybe slow the ads speed of the monolithic supreessor or make the tac suppressor not have extra idle sway

The TAR-21 is my favorite assault rifle irl. It was my fav as the TAR in COD and MTAR in BF3. So when you asked what I think of the ram 7, it is my favorite AR and it's the only assault rifle I have gotten gold camo on. The long shot requirement for the AR gold camo was a freaking nightmare. As such, I do not predict obtaining gold camo on another AR. The reason I hated that requirement has much to do with my personal preferences and personality. Domination is my favorite mode followed by hardpoint and headquarters. My absolute, above all else, favorite map is Shipment (ever notice shipment 24/7 is never available during a x2 WXP weekend). My second favorite is shoot house, and it isn't a close 2nd. You can start to see why the long shot requirement was a freaking nightmare for me. It isn't even obtainable because I don't think the map is larger than the required minimum distance to qualify as a long shot. Shoot house is technically large enough, but getting a clear line of sight is only attainable in one location. So the long shot required me to play a lot of crap that made me want to claw my eyes out. Freaking aggravating af, bro.

That's kinda sad when I think of it but I love RnG & melting people's faces off in half a nano second so much that's all I play. I've realized tho to get this gold camo I'm gonna hv to change my attachments from those that benefit ads to better range & velocity attachments in order to get it
I'm trying to rank up the RAM7 at the moment, really hard to use in Spec Op since the rate of fire is so high but I only got 30 rounds 😂 I tried a maxed out one in offline private match, that thing RULES!!!
I think a good idea would be to put the average ttk time next to each individual weapons ttk stat for that weapon category. This way we can get an idea of the weapon compared to average. Just a thought

I agree that the recoil is the only thing keeping it from being as good or better than the M4. But it's definitely very close. I hope the future DLC weapons are as competitive as the RAM-7.
Compensator, commando grip, extended barrel, extended mags, tac laser. Best possible set for multiplayer or Warzone. Swap out tac laser for optic if you prefer, I like tac laser to help cancel out some of the ads penalties from other attachments. Compensator plus the extended barrel really help mitigate the Ram-7’s bad recoil. Combined with the commando foregrip for recoil stabilization and that’s the best the Ram-7 can be at being a laser. I’m on the obsidian grind for it now. Not sure I’m going to main the Ram-7, I think I want to experiment more with Bruen 60 round mag setups because for Warzone it seems legit. Multiplayer it’s still good and fun to use but definitely outclassed.
I don't know why Ace recommends class setups if he doesn't at least test out the later unlocked attachments. I mean he can even do it in custom matches where all attachments are unlocked from the start. Some attachments can be hidden gems and he'll probably just skip over them if he keeps this up. Its going to make videos feel incomplete if this keeps up.
I do test them in custom games. I’m sorry but it’s either this method and 2-3 guides a week or unlocking every attachment and 3-4 guides a month (meaning I won’t cover every gun before the next cod launches). I’m working 12-14 hours a day on this already so they last thing I want to do in my little bit of free time is grind guns

A good video again. When you do test for bullet velocity reducing attachments and range, I would appreciate if you also looked at the ammunition kits that reduce bullet velocity, such as the .300 blackout for the M13.

Quick is highly undervalued in this game. EOD is a great perk but QF can allow you to survuve multiple quick gunfights with ease.
@@CeeT_ unless your running the recharging equipment perk, quick fix is unlimited. But yes, stim does this in 2.5 (as in fully heal)
Callum Traest stim with EOD is my hands down choice...or overkill...I’ve tried it a few times and find you die waiting on the heal

You can go into custom games and have all attachments unlocked.

It's definitely not overrated. Currently in leveling up the RAM-7. It's been a pleasure, I don't have a final modification as of yet. Still in testing mode for certain modifications. Just put on the tac eclipse barrel, tac laser, monolithic suppressor, strippled grip, & Cronen 2x2 scope. Haven't shot it yet but we'll find out tomorrow is this a good set up for the RAM-7. I tell you this I can but can't wait to see my me setup for it.
The M4 demolishes everything, it's nice to have some guns like the RAM that can compete with it

@@miked5144 MP5 is the superior SMG, but the MP7 does have accuracy. But still a lower TTK overall, if you are looking to use the most optimal gun, the MP5 is it. However, I hate using the cringe op shit.

This is my most used gun, was getting frustrated with it lately because the mobility seemed poor for its intended role, so I took the long barrel off and man is it a game changer.

I was wondering why my gun had a 60 round drum mag in gunfight... Anyways I completly understand pumping out vidéos faster rather than focusing on game play keep it up!
FSS Ranger + Compensator + Tac Laser + Commando foregrip + 50 round mags is legendary. The aiming stability is great, so is the recoil control, the ADS speed is still quick given the fact there’s no other ADS attachments (besides the tac laser) i have been shredding people in ground war from all distances and almost always get the first shot in at CQC. It feels and plays like the M4 before all the nerfs
yup and whenever someone uses the ram in my lobbies there pretty good
To be honest I would much rather miss out on gameplay with your chosen class setup if it means getting them sooner just cos they are truly amazing and super helpful.

I really enjoy using the Ram7. It's a nice change of pace from time to time. My loadout is a little different and found that for recoil at a distance is better with this setup: Forge tac eclipse, XRK cqc stock, Cronen LP945 mini reflex, Merc Foregrirp, & 45 round mags
At distance ranger foregrip would be better though ")
Wooowwww I didn't expect that XRK barrel to increase the ADS speed by 4 freaking frames !! Definitely changing it to the Eclipse... For some reason, I prefer the recoil on the RAM more than the M4 lol. And since the first 10-12 bullets go straight up it's very easy to beam people across the map... Recoil king is the kilo though and by a mile ! After the first 10 bullets, there is literally no recoil to control, it becomes a real laser gun.
The barrel matching with the meters is why I keep coming back to these videos,t hank you.
My usual daily routine:
1. Watch Ace's gun guides while bored at work
2. Get pumped to go home and play CoD
3. Go home and play CoD
4. Play for 3 matches and remember how bad I suck
5. Rage quit, swearing to never play CoD again
6. Repeat all steps the next day
RAM-7 is currently in my top 2 favorite weapons. love the fast RoF (always end up running 45 round mag) and on a personal note, i love how it sounds. it was my 2nd gold weapon

Anyone remember how an SMG used to be 40-35 and could even have stopping power on it making it 56-49? And the headshot multiplier was 1.4 making it a two shot kill with only one headshot from literally across the map? Man those were fun times.

I literally remember people making threads, videos and other media to try and get IW to go through MW2 and nerf shit, but we also found out that they were fighting themselves in a lawsuit (that made them form Respawn and give us Titanfall). People forget that MW2 was meant to be balanced but nobody could work on the game apart to make some maps (which eventually maps got patched near BO1's release) but that game barely got touched.
If Infinity Ward and Activision were best friends during MW2, the game would have had a VERY different lifecycle, and would be remembered differently.
UMP-45 was a 3 shot kill on all ranges with a silencer and without stopping power

Same, I liked the subsonic on mp5 but if it reduces range I won't use it as much now. Wondering if monolithic intergral increases range though, I never use it because 2 frame slower ads but if it also increases range as well as bullet velocity, it's actually really good.
From memory that was addressed in drifters vid and that barrel cuts the range from 12.5 metres to around 7.5 metres. But keep in mind there's no bullet tracers so often enemies wont see where they or their team mates are being shot from, therefore range doesn't matter so much with that barrel. Also the damage can be improved by using the 10mm ammo.
I use the subsonic for cqc only bcz its 1 of the only attachments I knw of that u get 4 Pro's & if I'm not mistaken only 1 con, if I'm wrong it'll b 2 cons. It shreds close quarters w collapsible stock, stippled grip, commando or tactical forgrip, & no optic needed. Range is pretty ass I must admit with subsonic so if ur looking for better range forget this setup
Bullet Velocity, for those who don't know, also affects the time your bullets take to hit your target, so it makes snipers a lot worse, and can negatively affect you when trying to reach targets at medium, long, and extreme range.

This thing absolutely wrecks in Hardcore. The fire rate plus 2-shot kill plus how fast it handles makes it INSANE for those modes.
Plus the skin for it at battle pass level 99 is pure sex.
The AK-74u in Gunfight also has a unique attachment. The 8.1" compact barrel, but with a built-in foregrip, just like the Romanian barrel. I wonder just how many unique attachments we're missing out on just because they're locking them into Gunfight only.
I didn't really use this weapon until I hit the rank 99 in the Battle Pass. I couldn't turn down how great that blueprint looked; not to mention having early access to the Eclipse Barrel option was very cool. I don't see that many people using the RAM-7 and I'm somewhat surprised by that. The gun performs very well. I was able to pick it right up and do some serious damage; it felt quite user-friendly from the start.
That's with attachments though. Without attachments the recoil can get you into trouble sometimes if you try to stretch its range.

I'm trying NOT to use it until I finish using the FAL. The RAM-7 will be a nice full-auto change after finishing the levels for a single-fire.

For real. Unless you're playing range, the RAM reigns supreme. If you're playing long range, though, you can't beat the Oden. Aaaand, if you're playing CQC, there's no reason not to use one of the shotguns lol

XRK barrel is a beast. Stick a laser on and ADS isnt really slow at all. Melts at all ranges it’s daft.

Just use the 7 round mag if you have an unoccupied attachment spot. From what I see, it doesn't affect your ADS time that much. Also 9 rounds just seems overkill for a bolt action rifle.

Mrbobsparks Ace covered that in another video about overall ADS times and all the attachments that affect it. If I remember correctly it does slow your ADS but don’t remember how much
9-Round Extended Mags on the AX-50 is overdoing it, but you’re fine with the 7-Round attachment (previous commenter already said all of this, just reiterating).
I’m looking forward to Ace covering it as well with real numbers, but anecdotally,
7-mag = +0.5 frames to ADS speed (half a frame slower), and
9-mag = +1 frame slower (give or take a quarter frame)
I know this isn’t convincing, I just use snipers A LOT in this game, and that’s what it “feels” like.
Shouldn’t the Ram(Or Tavor) technically have the same or more range than the M4 being a Bull pup so it either has the same barrel length as an M4 but is designed to be a more compact package so that really doesn’t make any sense. :/

No. It is designed to have the same barrel length in a smaller package preferably for indoor situations with the added bonus of handing in tight areas.

Crazygone 510 Thought so, I know bull pups are designed for a more compact size purposely for better CQC/CQB usage but usually have the same barrel length as traditional rifles/weapons. But then the only reason I could see why they’d reduce its range compared to the M4 is simply balancing? Despite the M4 being the top weapon in the game. The IWI Tavor (or Ram), is really a favorite of mine, even outside of MW. I really wish it got 7.62 NATO conversion because the 7 in its name in game is closer to the real life counterpart of Tavor 7 which fires the .308 cartridge but eh.

Ace, I love your vids and watch every single one. The Ram 7 is my fav, I have 3 loadouts with it. My Go-to is monolithic,commando,45mag,reflex,stippled. Once saw "top COD player" vid using same set-up
Compensator's also 'apparently' increase range. Ace, if you plan on testing barrel ranges, you should do these at the same time.
Not just that, it's interesting how stacking recoil attachments work with barrels. I can stick a comp and commando on and it makes a massive difference on some guns (not much at all on others) but stick the commando on with a barrel that has recoil control and barely does anything.
So many quirks when you combine attachments...

If you run a tac laser, Stippled grip, and close quarters stock you offset the negatives from using XRX Ranger barrel and still improve that ads slightly. Since it's already one of the faster ads weapons in the game it makes for a disgusting combo.
The RAM is an absolute beast. I actually rock the highest level barrel unlike what ace says. This gun can be deadly if you can control the recoil and it’s a monster for medium ranges
I really think your guides are very helpful and thank you for making these. But I'm just wondering maybe you can include stats for stocks next time? Since many of the stocks that increase ADS strafing speed which in my case, as a PC player, I strafe a lot and strafing really helps to smooth the gameplay and to surprise enemies.

One of my favorite guns in the game. I honestly take it over M4 any day. And considering all of my other favorite guns are Russian made, the fact I still like this one is honestly a miracle.

Thank you for confirming the Ram is better than the M4. It may not have the 97% movement speed of a No Stock M4 (guessing) but, it wins in TTK and other areas. Now the question is.. is it CWL legal? It is unlocked in Private Matches. Time will tell I guess!

I want to see the HDR sniper next because the Bull Barrel attachments both say that they provide recoil control and shot stability at the cost of mobility and bullet velocity, yet the pros say +bullet velocity. I want to know what they actually do based on testing.
I think the recoil itself is manageable, only problem is the horizontal wobble so put on attachments that improve recoil stabilization and you can map people with it. Also I found that shooting in bursts over longer ranges is very viable since the gun has a high rate of fire and recenters very quickly.
To be honest I start off using various guns, “ I’ll give this a go again” and after getting wasted from across the map by an mp5 or m4 I give up and use the same old shite. M4 or mp5. Hope this rumoured big update makes a few more guns viable 🤞
They need to buff the tac supressor, it's useless right now. Maybe slow the ads speed of the monolithic supreessor or make the tac suppressor not have extra idle sway
I think the tac suppressor should get some sort of benefit for being aggressive (hipfire, ADS time, mobility, etc.) since its range gets cut down.

@@rumblingend8443 Yeah I made a mistake but that goes back to my point. The lightweight suppressor is definitely the worst since it cuts down your range, so why buff the tactical suppressor when the lightweight is the worst overall?
The Tavor X95, which is very similar to the Tavor 7, does make a 9mm conversion. So it makes sense for them to put it in the game.

This gun paired with the EBR-14 in Ground War is amazing. Would highly recommend.
The TAR-21 is my favorite assault rifle irl. It was my fav as the TAR in COD and MTAR in BF3.
So when you asked what I think of the ram 7, it is my favorite AR and it's the only assault rifle I have gotten gold camo on.
The long shot requirement for the AR gold camo was a freaking nightmare. As such, I do not predict obtaining gold camo on another AR.
The reason I hated that requirement has much to do with my personal preferences and personality.
Domination is my favorite mode followed by hardpoint and headquarters.
My absolute, above all else, favorite map is Shipment (ever notice shipment 24/7 is never available during a x2 WXP weekend). My second favorite is shoot house, and it isn't a close 2nd. You can start to see why the long shot requirement was a freaking nightmare for me.
It isn't even obtainable because I don't think the map is larger than the required minimum distance to qualify as a long shot.
Shoot house is technically large enough, but getting a clear line of sight is only attainable in one location.
So the long shot required me to play a lot of crap that made me want to claw my eyes out. Freaking aggravating af, bro.

That's kinda sad when I think of it but I love RnG & melting people's faces off in half a nano second so much that's all I play. First AR I got gold. Best AR in my opinion. Not as versatile and modular as the M4 or AK but still great
I think a good idea would be to put the average ttk time next to each individual weapons ttk stat for that weapon category. This way we can get an idea of the weapon compared to average. Just a thought
Takes a bit to adjust to the recoil direction but becomes fun. And pretty fast to get all the camo upgrades

I agree that the recoil is the only thing keeping it from being as good or better than the M4. But it's definitely very close. I hope the future DLC weapons are as competitive as the RAM-7.

Compensator, commando grip, extended barrel, extended mags, tac laser. Best possible set for multiplayer or Warzone. Swap out tac laser for optic if you prefer, I like tac laser to help cancel out some of the ads penalties from other attachments.
Compensator plus the extended barrel really help mitigate the Ram-7’s bad recoil. Combined with the commando foregrip for recoil stabilization and that’s the best the Ram-7 can be at being a laser. I’m on the obsidian grind for it now.
Not sure I’m going to main the Ram-7, I think I want to experiment more with Bruen 60 round mag setups because for Warzone it seems legit. Multiplayer it’s still good and fun to use but definitely outclassed.

I don't know why Ace recommends class setups if he doesn't at least test out the later unlocked attachments. I mean he can even do it in custom matches where all attachments are unlocked from the start. Some attachments can be hidden gems and he'll probably just skip over them if he keeps this up. Its going to make videos feel incomplete if this keeps up.

I do test them in custom games. I’m sorry but it’s either this method and 2-3 guides a week or unlocking every attachment and 3-4 guides a month (meaning I won’t cover every gun before the next cod launches). I’m working 12-14 hours a day on this already so they last thing I want to do in my little bit of free time is grind guns

A good video again. When you do test for bullet velocity reducing attachments and range, I would appreciate if you also looked at the ammunition kits that reduce bullet velocity, such as the .300 blackout for the M13.

Not even close. The Ghosts version is way better. It killed in 3-4 shots, while this is garbage in comparison. 4-6 shots to kill on an AR is stupid

I really hate how the different barrels affect the range of the weapon even though it doesn’t indicate that in the gunsmith. Either display it or make the damage not change
