Former Baggie Sam Field gave QPR the lead before Mikey Johnston produced another wonder goal to level things up.
Two minutes later Grady Diangana had Albion 2-1 up - but the second half was a backs to the wall job.
Alex Palmer saved a spot kick but the pressure told as Field bagged his second of the game.

The one thing that stood out for me was Lewis's body language as he began his analysis..no words were needed Lewis your body language perfectly summed up the evening, and the look on Johny's face was a peach,..
Both of you did not try to dress up and candy coat the abysmal performance,..
AND,..as you righyly stated, QPR was the much better side,..👍
Total credit to Mikey Johnston and Grady Diangana's goals, along with the tenacity and fighting prowess of Tom Fellows, for me the only three players to come out of that shambolic performance with any credit..
Having watched the match highights..what highlights..???
Whilst I do trust Corberan, and understand his reasoning to protect our lead, why the f..k take off both our only goal threats ie Johnston & Diangana for Chalabah & Swift who frankly did absolutely f..k all when they came on, and Corberan packs our back line with 5 at the back only for them all just to stand still allowing QPR the freedom to attack us at will..
We do not deserve to be in the play offs zone, and certainly not good enough for any call for promotion with this shit squad, these players need a damn good kick in the b*ll*cks..!!
I bet Shilen Patel wanders what the hell he has taken on, and in the closed season does need to get his cheque book out, but first get rid of 90% of the deadwood..
Thoroughly entertaining game in my book. Incident-packed and we got away with murder. That said, QPR with 19 corners should have been more clinical but on that performance I cannot see them going down. I thought when we got to HT we’d build on it as our second half performances are usually better. Conversely, we barely got out of our own half and it was all hands on deck stuff. Great atmosphere at a ground I don’t particularly enjoy visiting but a point on the road so no complaints from this quarter. Introducing three substitutes upsets us so I think there will be a degree of learning and let’s hope we plug the gaps at Huddersfield on Sunday. In Carlos we trust. COYB 💙

Blimey. Completely over-run in the second half and QPR deserved three points. I’m sure we will be far happier with one point but it was not an easy watch for long periods. Introducing three changes at once badly upsets the balance and we were lucky to hang on.

Great game, typically championship. Johnston is a Baller what a thundering goal again. Diangana superb goal. I'm happy with the point for sure...and ... defo would have KEPT Sam Field, never should we have got rid. Me me Lad looking forward to the Huddersfield away trip aswell... Nice to see Mr Patel at the game also... Already he's seen his club play in real terms more than gofukin lie did in 8years. KingCarlos is a magician. COYB.!.
I predicted 2-2 because Adam Reach was in the team, he is woeful I'm afraid....what is Corberon doing! And yet again he hauls off some of WBA's best players like Fellowes to defend a lead for 40minutes, Corberon again has cost us 2 points due to his negativity. This will be our downfall in the playoffs against managers that want to and try to win.
Cheats never prosper, tinpot club at their correct level, this lot got no chance if they even make play offs😂
You can always cheat your way to the play offs I suppose.
