JY, thanks. I have both healthcare reits. Got interested in FR only when it ventures into Japan nursing homes. Maybe due to my age and Japan ageing population, its biz resonates with me. With interest rates falling & non core divestment possibility, I would give FR another chance. Unless FR goes belly up, else I could also recoup my cost from its dpu in 8-9years. The price then would be my capital gains. Vested using my 5% speculative bucket. Cheers!
