I bought one in summer 2019. Put a lot of miles on it, lots of fun. But the RST Killahs that came on my front end were junk after some trail abuse up in Vermont. Had to rebuild them and now they're leaking again.

I did look into that. Love the styling, but dealers are absolutely gouging it and making it a bad choice. I went for a hybrid instead.
Yes same thing here in Northern California also. Dealers getting above MSRP, f... that s... When I got my 2018 1.6T AWD Hyundai Kona, a good car btw, no mechanical issues, I got it below msrp. Gas here is above $6 American for regular BTW, hope it’s cheaper where you are.

What is the retail price for that bike ?
$5,800 CAD for this. Up to about 80 KM/h, 90 km range in eco. I get about 45 km with hard riding. It’s awesome.

I’ve never understood the concept of electric assisted bikes, because if you are mountain biking you doing it because you want exercise so why would you get an electrically assisted bike that will make it easier, I guess in theory it so you can go for a longer ride but I’m still not sure on the concept. I guess this one makes a little more sense because it is just pure electric so it’s for people who want to go mountain biking but can’t.
This is why I call it an electric dirt bike - there are no pedals. More details to come on the first ride as I explain the power, the specs, and what it is!
As someone who rides mountain bikes I definitely don't do it for the exercise but for fun, ebikes look like they make the fun last longer which sounds good to me
Bengy22 When I go mountain biking it is to have a nice exploratory exercise, so I would never get an electric bike because I would be exercising less also where I live I’m pretty sure they’re banned on a lot of non-motorized trails if not all non-motorized trails
