Just put your pumpkin monkey bread in the oven. One of my favourite fall recipes. Will have to try these muffins. I wish we could get Libby's pumpkin in Canada. My Mom used this in her pies - makes a far superior pie.

I always forget to put cream, cheese,butter and eggs, out at room temperature. If you just fill up a glass of luke warm water, place it down in there for just a little bit it will soften and or come to room temperature. 😉👍Just a little trick I learned along the way.

I’ve had some pretty bad health problems over the last year that resulted in a 104 lb weight loss. Now, obviously if I lost that much, I needed to lose some but I’ve gotten REALLY thin. That being said I absolutely adore cooking but I rarely eat anything I cook because there’s just certain things I can eat. My grandkids love my homemade concoctions 😂. I’ll definitely be trying this recipe ❤

I made these muffins from your recipe how ever the pumpkin batter tasted awful so I added 1/3 cup sugar to the batter they turned out wonderful! The lady's in my prayer group loved them! Thanks and keep the recipes comeing..

Catherine, could you put half of the batter in the muffin tin, put the cream cheese in the middle and top with pumpkin batter? That way you have cream cheese filled pumpkin muffins! Do you think that would work?

Could you use pumpkin pie spice instead of the separate spices ? And how much ?
I've never made this recipe like that.
I bet if you use pumpkin pie filling, you can leave out the sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and vanilla.
Yes, you could probably do that, but we like to control the spices.

You can use the pie spice mix, but I wanted to add my own amounts and you can't do that using the pie spice mix.
