Hey pretties..So i wanted to test out this seemingly too good to be true hair growth technique which boasts an amazing 1 inch of hair growth overnight. On average our hair grows 1/2 an inch a month so to gain 2x the rate of hair growth in just one day is actually pretty unbelievable. My results were a pleasant surprise being the skeptic that I am..but hopefully it may encourage you to try this out yourself if you're like me and are on a hair growth journey.
I decided to try this technique every month for the 2nd half of this year to embark on a "6 inches in 6 months" hair growth challenge. Feel free to let me know if you wish to join me.. And follow my updates each month to December.

What you Will Need:
2-3 Eggs
4 Tbs of Grapeseed Oil
Cling Wrap
Apply egg mixture to hair and scalp then apply cling wrap; let sit for 30 min 1 hr
Then:
2 Tbls of Coconut Oil
Massage/ Vibrating brush for added stimulation & circulation (opt)
-Apply Coconut oil to hair and scalp; proceed into a scalp massage for 4 minutes.
-(Inversion Method optional)

Warning #1: anybody that has protein sensitive hair, do not try this. The eggs have a LOT of protein and aren't good for direct application to our hair.
Warning #2: if you are doing this, don't let your hair and scalp get too hot with egg in it. The egg will start to cook and be hard to rinse out.
Warning #3: if you do the inversion method & you have any issues with dizziness or headaches, do this sitting down & sit up for at least 20 seconds & take deep breaths before standing up. Also consider less time, like 2-3 minutes tops at a time

Unfortunately, this treatment may cause temporary elongation of the stands due to moisture from the treatment. I'm interested if you still have that extra length after a week or two. I would like to know your experience! I'm glad you are posting again. You're one of my favorite CZcamsrs!

Hi Keishanista88. To assure that your hair isn't just being stretched from the egg mixture, like some of these doubters are saying, just apply the mixture to your scalp, next time. The egg white is only needed with the oil, because it contains the protein. The egg yellow contains fat. FYI. Love your channel. Hope that helps. (It does work).

Nothingbut Niece it elongates the curl for a couple of days. I.e like a light weight blow dry

Yeah. It just stretches. And also, I think egg protein it's actually too large to be actually absorbed my hair.
atlma2 I agree The protein in eggs has amino acids that are too large to fit into the hair shaft and bond properly. Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein works. TheGreenBeautyChannel gives a full breakdown and sells it as well. I've been using it for about 2 1/2yrs and it's great on my 4C hair. Hope this helps.

Nice video, however it's not humanly possible for hair to "grow" an inch overnight, it just gets stretched.

Nope it works I did this for a week 3 days straight, I went from 13 inches to 16 inches of hair in just 3 days. So how is it stretched if my hair went from 16 inches over night for 3 days! 🤔

After the egg mixture you just do a water rinse, no shampoo.

Hair is never going to grow an inch overnight.
Hair grows on average 0.5 inches in a month (genetically some people do grow hair faster and for longer during their anagen phase) and will only that length will ONLY be retained with consistent hair care and nutrition.
I hope it works because there are starving kids in Africa and you people are wasting food
