Absolutely. A big mama found a little cactus patch to herself and snuck a hatch in on us last year. One must be diligent to collect eggs often. When we do that, we don’t have any brooding issues.

Did you see the size of that chicken? 😂
Big mamas in the chicken run! Can be scary to collect eggs from under these giant hens! You could make a week of meals from them at this size though.
