I have 3. Took them a few months to truly bond with me.. But now my penguin is roosting next to me while I garden.
Thanks for an excellent run down on this fabulous chicken. FYI: This bird's name is pronounced "why-en-dot," rather than "why-en-dote." If the spelling throws you off, consider the name Charlotte, which is pronounced "shar-lot" and not "shar-lote."

Thank you for the information. I have three hens and one rooster. Love this breed so far. Your description is spot on! My girls are very sweet but not at all cuddly. Was having issues with my rooster breeding so I tried to introduce a different breed of rooster to kinda show him the ropes and the hens almost killed him. They really stick to their own kind... Hopefully Elvis and the Dixie Chicks can come together and figure out this mating thing because id Love to add more of these gorgeous birds to my flock!! Thank you and Howdy from Texas 🤠

I am hatching out 15 pure breed goldens, very excited. If they are louder than my neighbors 78000 chickens and 1 rooster that crows at 3am. But were cool Im putting my birds like 20 ft away. they can't see each other but I'm sure they will talk a lot especially since I plan on keep one rooster.

Great info, many thanks! I see a Sebright in their coloring. The Pencil, Partridge, and Golden Laced Wyandotte are my favorite colors in this breed. However, the Blue Laced Red Wyandotte is probably the most beautiful Wyandotte in coloring. What subtle colors, just lovely. How I love chickens! Thank you for your videos!
Please note:
The low level drone of the background music serves no purpose except to irritate the ears and create an auditory overload. It makes listening to your voice grating and stressful. Please realize that you achieve zero benefit with music on demo videos especially ones with continuous talking as the auditory overload is too much. If you think you are enriching sound with that music in the background, you are not. You are creating an auditory fuzz which blurs your voice to some degree like a photo out of focus. There is ZERO benefit to adding music. The video becomes stressful, not soothing. You talk fast, you give out a lot of information very quickly. I'm trying to absorb it, and this droning noise in background is preventing focus and insanely irritating to the ear drums even a minute into the video. The music at the beginning is super irritating too. I usually jump forward to bypass it. Sigh. Every time I watch your videos, I cannot relax, I have to be hypervigilant about turning volume OFF ON OFF ON OFF ON. It gets old fast.
I'm considering blocking the channel so I am not tempted to listen, instead of subscribing. How sad. You make excellent content, but it is hurting my ears which are painful after viewing even one video. This is damaging to my ears. I have excellent hearing. Please consider NO MUSIC on demo videos. Others may have the same issue but not willing to say so.
