First thing I check when that happens is the water level in the tank. Sometimes the fill valve needs to be adjusted to let the tank fill up sufficiently. If the tank doesn't have enough water then the toilet will not flush.
That’s true but this tank was full, the problem with this toilet was the hair line crack in the outlet tube!!Thanks for commenting!!
@@DavidFDay I'll have to keep that in mind. I've never had that happen before.
In my 15 + years of doing this, this is probably the 3rd or 4th toilet I’ve seen do this.
