WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA - In this video, The Foodie TV visited Pho Ga Hai Van in the Little Saigon area to try the most amazing Chicken Pho in Orange County, and perhaps all of SoCal. This restaurant is famous for their Phở Gà and all the locals come here just to get it. They also serve up Trứng Gà Non, which is unborn eggs that were inside the chicken. This is one of the few places that serves it and they bring the authenticity to their Pho Ga. This reminded us very much of Vietnam, where they traditionally serve it with the Trung Non.
This was our first time at Phở Gà Hải Vân and it was an incredible feast!

The chicken is a little bit better at Nam A Chicken Rice on Brookhurst and McFadden than this place. They don’t usually have the eggs there though.
