- The official Android 14 update is now rolling out to all kinds of Google Pixel phones all the way back from the Pixel 4a 5G to the last year's Pixel 7 Pro. Past Pixel devices may miss some exclusive features on the new Pixel 8/8 Pro devices, but there's still a lot to like here. Depends on the carrier I have AT&T and got 14 on October 4th at 11am.Better battery better and less heat very smooth even more so.Very pleased so far with 14 compared to 13. Hope all of you get the same results I seem to have had.
Hey for some reason the Manual camera settings(like adjusting warmth/exposure) while taking photo is not showing up on my screen
You missed this features when the battery runs out and you connect the phone to charge, it opens automatically and you don't need the power button

I updated my pixel 7 to Android 14 , it was takes really good pictures , great portraits and good x2 pictures.
Now it seems awful and portraits bad and colors washed-out.
I didn't change anything on the camera , I resetted and cleared cache on camera app and all same results
Is there a theme store by Google to download wallpapers?
How's the modem? I sold thr P7P near launch due to it overheating and losing signal constantly in Ireland. Has this been improved at all?
Will have to spend some more time with it to address that issue. But will definitely touch on it in my upcoming revisited video
Google can't or don't want do anything with Samsung modem and bad design antenas. Unfortunately Weak signals and dropping connection for mobile and wifi are permanent cons for Pixel 6-7-8 . Heating was mostly fixed and happening only in the games or heavy apps.
I m getting yellowish tint screen color. Is there any option to change it.. I tried evry option but it is still there 😢😢.. Please tell how to get white color like other phones
Great camera but slow in charging., and sometimes facing some screen burn which is normal to any amoled display

Crazy how MANY of these changes are already available on Android 13 based OneUI5. Ability to change lockscreen clock fonts, PIN confirmation option, screen/flash flicker on notifications, notification and call volume levels seperated

Im still on Android 12, and i don't notice any difference here btw version 12 and 14 , I think I'll wait for a while before consider an upgrading
*My lock screen on my **#Google** **#Pixel** 7 Pro keeps resetting every few minutes to its default setting when it comes to the clock and I keep getting a system error stating that the operating system itself is not responding. I've restarted it and done a simulated battery pull on it and it hasn't stopped. It's slowed down as of the last few minutes, but it's pretty annoying. I expected some stuff like this since it's a such a major update, but I hope they iron things out soon. I loved my Pixel 2, Pixel 4, my current Pixel 7 Pro and I plan on getting the Pixel 8 Pro when it comes out, so I'm hoping all goes well. I'm having the same problem, I keep getting warnings for no reason and I tried to stop it but it's not working. I knew I should have stayed with apple honestly.

Can't promise anything as I don't have the 6 Pro on hand anymore but yes, you'll see this update already there
Ma'am I'm having 6A and using beta already for months. My battery and heating issues have been reduced significantly. I guess it should be the same case with 6 pro as well.
Idk if this is android 14 or the weather app...but the native weather app from home screen has a whole new dashboard/UI.
Much cleaner with alot of info rarher than having to scroll around to find all the info you need

May be a delay from your carrier if your phone is locked.

That's weird... might just be an issue with Fi/TMo MVNOs. Give it a few days and keep trying

Me too. A restart seems to have been fixed ir, but I need more time to see if it occurs again.
