From what I read, it only applies if you live in the United States. If you live anywhere else, you dont have to opt out. From what I understood, its simply an agreement that you wont sue Google for anything that you may clear all disagreements with only them.
The arbitration applies in The US, everyone else in the world are fine and protected by their own laws, so you might want to mention this point.

Not a best decision (heating issue) and below par battery backup. Best to buy 7A during BBD days in Flipkart Sep 23 where it will be priced 30k or even less

@@digpalsinghmandloi979 normal usage also it has little heating issue, while playing games it really gets hot. You can manage heating issue with a hard cover, if you can get in 25k then go for it, UI and camera is top notch
