As a quite-recent wed myself as well, sometimes I feel like knowing your SO is like knowing everything else; just when you feel like you know everything, you've only seen the tip of the iceberg. As you've mentioned I think good communication is very important, and I must say, it's a great journey getting to know someone so intimately!
Also, it was great to have a greater insight into your lives, and I must say fart jokes are funny too.

I think streetwear has a lot to do with your culture, how you grew up, and background. For some people streetwear feels as strange to them as formal/business attire to others. I go both directions in dress and notice that one version is a turn off to certain groups of people. I fuse the two together. For example eton shirts with Nike’s and men’s shorts. Or gran sasso sweaters, wool coats with hats and sneakers etc.
Saw you have Hugo's Parisian Gentleman in your bookshelf. Would also recommend his follow up, the Italian Gentleman. Cheers

Definitely piqued my interest when you said you played saxophone in the Army band! I'm young, currently earning my Master's in saxophone performance, and looking to improve my sartorial wardrobe.
I love classic menswear and "dressing up", but I felt like there was a sense of pseudo-moral superiority that came from ya'll when talking about how most people don't "dress up" anymore. I love tailoring and classic style, but no judgment from me if someone isn't interested in "dressing up." At the end of the day, its basically just a hobby.
John Doe Agreed. I love classic menswear but I agree that it’s not economically viable to be dressed up often. Most people have other priorities, though well-done style exists in most price ranges (just takes a little more effort for lower budgets).
