Every time I watch your videos, you get me thinking about growing my business again from solo. I love what I do, but I'm also getting older. I like how you've set up your business and I think it works great for you. I'm already looking towards 2023. My biggest problem is finding quality employees and if they're good, trying to keep them from leaving and starting their own business, which I don't blame the for doing. Thanks man! I have 2 fleet accounts one at GMC and the other at Ford and both can’t find me trucks. Single cab 4x4s 🤷🏻♂️ And finding employee is very hard; basically if you end the season with one new great worker, I call that a successful year.
I only want it to run without me so it can be stronger. It has been a bit of a struggle finding my footing since I’ve made that video. My GM has said she is also having those same struggles doing a new set of duties (my duties) so we are all I. It together. It’s pretty cool.

Yes I’m going to start activity looking. I would love to have that yard guy asap.
