I Meet Groot in Disneyland! | Wowed By Avengers Campus Shows! | Radiator Springs Racers Single Rider

- Join me back in Disney California Adventure Park where I get to ride all the rides in Radiator Springs! Plus I try out the single rider queue for Radiator Springs Racers to see how much time I save.
I get breakfast in Avengers Campus from Shawarma Palace and try the Impossible Breakfast Sha-warm-up wrap which comes with a very interesting sauce!
I finally get to experience two shows I could not miss Avengers Campus: Spiderman and the Dora Milaje!
I get brave and ride Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout and see how it compares to the Tower of Terror!
Plus I get to meet Groot! What an incredible character to meet!
I also get one of the best value meals in the whole of Disneyland at Award Weiners!

Which show in Avengers Campus would you want to see? What do you think about sweet sauce with a savoury breakfast wrap?
I am not familiar with Avengers Campus, but it was fun to see the Disneyland version of the tower.

The Doctor Strange show is so good
I so sad I missed this! I've heard amazing things! I will simply have to come back! We have an Avengers Campus in Disneyland Paris but the shows only run certain times of year and we don't have as many - in fact even though I go frequently I have never seen a show in the DLP Avengers Campus! So It was great to catch some of them in DCA!
Don’t get me wrong here I love all of our shows that we have but the best show is coming back towards the end of May and that is fantasmic
I really wanted to see Fantastic but sadly it stopped due to the accident a few months before I went so I was so sad to miss it!
So…. I just got back from my DCA & DLR trip and am impressed at how positive you managed to be despite the many issue at the parks. I had issues like the lightning lanes never moving so many times with no explanation (like you did with Monsters Inc), and it felt like such a waste of my money and time. DLR used to be my home park, the park I grew up in, and this trip made me incredibly disillusioned with it 😢 The crowds, the overcharging, the poor character interactions, and the just, frankly, unhelpful cast members made me appreciate DLP. Shockingly.
The only thing I adored without reservation, though, was Dr Strange’s show! I went to see it 4 times 😂 (and obvs Cars Land - which is stunning and perfect and wow do I wish THAT would be DLP’s third new land!) Glad you went on Guardians too! I had been nervous about it but you’re right that the theming helped make it less sick-inducing 😅
Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this! It is the worst if you have multiple issues or things that aren't up to standard as it really impacts your trip and the magic!
The rides going down does seem to happen quite frequently. I was lucky that it only happened once when I was in a queue. All the other time it was for a ride I was due to go on with Genie+ and I just had the multi experience pass instead. So I think I was lucky! It's such a shame that it happened to you quite a few times because that would be super frustrating - especially when you've paid to skip the queue but instead you end up queuing for ages!
I don't know if I was lucky but I genuinely had an amazing experience! I would say the only time I was less than impressed was at Goofy Kitchen with the staff's attitude. And as it was the first place I went it wasn't the best first impression! But everything after that was great!
I never got to see the Doctor Strange show which I was sad about! It seems like I really missed out! I love how many times you saw it! Radiator Springs is so amazing - the theming is next level! And Radiator Springs Racers is such a fun ride!

LOVE IT!! Love the Shawarma's they were DELISH and PERFECT! My Question for you: How do you rate California Adventure to Disney's Hollywood Studios? What would make the other more perfect?

This is such a good question! I feel like there are similarities between the two and differences. I like that DCA is much bigger so it can feel less crowded as there are more places for people to go and I love all the lands - they are all themed impeccably! There doesn't seem to be too many rides (but I think that is because it is next door to Disneyland which is jam packed!).
I think Hollywood Studios has charm and I love the old Hollywood theme! I think with the new lands it can feel a bit disjointed but I think as they continue to move the park in a new direction that will improve. I like that it is also seen as the 'thrill seekers' park, with so many big rides! (Although I could also see how this isn't for everyone!).
I think it is so hard to pick between the two! But I think how spacious DCA is really helps the park!
