    You, sir, have a way of breaking down information and teaching. Bravo! I look forward to watching more of your Airtable videos.

    Your videos are SO helpful, thank you. What if we want the field to autofill dynamically? Like if I want it to autofill the name/organization of whoever is logged in, as opposed to hard coding that info.

    This was EXCELLENT! Question, if I create prefilled fields and the person filling out the form notices some information is incorrect or changed, can the person filling out the form change the information even if it's refilled? Thanks

    Is there a different URL limit with Interface forms? It's working for the first few then breaking after a few "&prefill_FIELD=" URL parameters

      Are you using the Field ID or the field name?

      @@GarethPronovost field name of a linked field (I know what you're going to say haha) I'll use the ID

      @@RonyHay-uy6xs if the field name has a space in it, make sure to replace the space with %20 otherwise the url will break

    I'm confused. Why wouldn't you just set default values in the interface editor?

      I use it for linked fields and hide it so people aren’t doing extraneous links. Linking a note to a specific case ID for example

      Default fields are great, but can be changed, unlike a prefilled + hidden field. This is especially helpful when you send public form links to various people, each with uniquely filled out data.

    The problem with the new AT Form interface is you have to click the fields in the order you want them to appear on the new form interface, otherwise you won't be able to move them around like you can in the "old" form view.

    • @GarethPronovost
      @GarethPronovost  Před měsícem +1

      I thought you could click/drag to reorder them, no?

      Oh it's not as noticeable, I was finally able to, but not as intuitive as before.
