You need a 9 inch spring-pan
Filing
5 8 ounce cream cheese @ room temperature
8 eggs @ room temperature
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon or real lemon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
Crust
8 graham crackers
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon sugar
This is the best cheesecake I have ever found to make it's simple just time consuming follow the directions. and you will have no problems
my family and friends request this cheesecake for Christmas every year.
