    Loved it.. as it's a combination of dance plus floor exercise. It would have been better if u had added voice while doing floor exercise, as I always had to turn to the mobile n see what ur doing.

Indian movie songs with music is so connectable and those little dance like moves pep up our motivational levels, every lady irrespective of the age wants to dance.     Blessed with a 14 month old baby girl. But after having a c-section i have gained a lot of weight. As I am a working mom I don't get time for doing long work out, in fact I am not able to make time for any exercise. But now I am seriously considering it. Can you please make a video for all the women going through such a phase.

    It's been a year since I have been following u and I have shed around 12-13 kgs with ur workout and diet( Just left sugar and fried) and now I wanna tone my body. So should I join gym for toning?
    Actually I m so addicted to them that I don't even take rest days and ur workouts also refreshes my mood.
    Actually I am a student and if after one year by chance I ve to go Abroad and if there I don't have time for Gym then I ve fear that I ll gain weight again at least that toning won't be left then....
    Btw I love ur workout.
    Please make a workout on upper back fat removal too.
