I did notice he's been exaggerating his titles lately. Like this "tiny house," how he says an apartment is illegal but it wasn't (it just looks illegal because it's small I guess), or apartments under $1000, but in the video he said you need 3 more roommates for the price, etc. I like his videos for the mini documentaries on New York City, though!

This should be pinned so everyone knows. Here's how big to be considered a Tiny Home, House, etc.
Cash either doesn't know or more likely he's doing clickbait...
    - For almost the past hundred years in the US, the average housing size for a normal family was 1,780 sq ft on average.
    - This doubled in 2007 when most people started building homes as big as 2,662 sq ft on average.
    - The Tiny house movement was started in the 70s but got momentum in the 80s.
    - On average, tiny houses are roughly around 80 to 400 sq ft. These I believe are mostly and legally mobile tiny homes/rv style, etc. needing a plot of land.
A small apartment is NOT considered a Tiny whatever.
This one in Cash's video is almost 1200sq feet. NOT a Tiny Home.
    - Average apartment size in NYC since about the 2000 has been almost 900 sq feet.
    - Legal sized apartment is 400sq ft minimum BUT if it's a new development, or build the city changed the law around '07 or so to 150sq ft of a new and/or renovated apartment, but separately it must have a full kitchen within unit (Fridge, sink, stove with vent above and cabinets) and separate bathroom in unit (sink, toilet, shower).
ALL must be in unit to be a legal apartment.
If it has one bedroom, minimum size of bedroom is 80sq ft with at least one window and a closet.
No window = no bedroom. It's for fire egress. Same with vent. For fire safety.

"A ton of kitchen going on here". My kitchen area would take up half of that apartment and I would consider mine average size but I don't live in an overcrowded city. Perception is what you are used to.

It would be cool if you did a brief run down of the where a potential buyer/renter might work when you visit these places. I.e. What are the closest tech companies, etc. I love your videos. Just found your channel.

Or even a ETA to the most common tech companies in the various areas, I.e. “30 minute ride on _ train to Google” or “10 minute ride on the bus to ___ tech company”. Maybe you get what I’m saying…

This place would be by the "L" train which goes to Union Square where you can transfer to a train to take you to Google or Facebook. Someone living in Manhattan might be able to get to work without changing trains. Someone in Williamsburg would have to change trains. This is as convenient as anyplace. Too bad Kellogg's Diner went bankrupt. Technion is at the southern tip of Roosevelt Island. Take the "G" north.

YOU must be from down south between you have no clue about new York. You make more money in new York because ALL THE TOP JOBS THAT PAY THE HIGHEST ARE IN NEW YORK CITY...DAAAAAGH!!!!! A RECEPTIONIST IN NEW YORK CAN MAKE XLOSE TO 100K A YEAR....DOWN SOUTH A RECEPTIONIST WOULD MAKE HALF!!!!!!To everyone who did not get the memo: New York prices are highest in the world because everyone in the world wants to live here after they achieve their financial dreams. If every rich professional in the world wanted to come to one place, what the hell do you think that does to REAL ESTATE prices????? Go down!...daaaaaagh THE REAL ESTATE PRICES KEEP SKYROCKETING. Thus a dog house sized apartment in new York goes for Millions...so keep your crappy 'living elsewhere is cheaper" comments to yourself if you don't understand BASIC REAL ESTATE SCENEREOS. SMH....Midwest is cheaper...daaaaaagh we all know that!!!!..and fyi...that apartment WILL SELL FOR DOUBLE IN 5-10 YEARS EASILY. OH! but new york crime is increasing and the value will go down as crime gets worst....BS!....keeps going up.. because people forget THE WORLDS RICHEST WANTS TO LIVE IN NEW YORK Because NEW YORK WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST #1 CITY IN THE WORLD❤❤❤❤NOTHING COMPARES TO New YORK.....NOTHING!!!!!

Given the prices we've seen in recent years, this seems to be on the mark. It's just not my mark - or most people's for that matter. But that aside, it's a beautiful little apartment, with everything you could ask for. It'd be perfect for you Cash! Each of the girls with their own bedroom, and a lovely suite for you and your beautiful bride. I have a question Cash: Do you still have your real estate company, or are you full time on your channel? With the quality of the videos you show, and especially with the new social commentary branch, I can't imagine you'd have any time for anything else other than your family. But - yes - it's a great little apartment. Perfect for just about anyone.
