- People need to understand that the Multiverse or even time travel will never be a thing in Star Wars. If the concept WAS ever added it would most likely ruin the entire franchise.

Do you think the multiverse would ruin Star Wars?
NO PROBLEM
I think it could be done well if executed properly.
Only if it was like a what if show and didn’t have anything to do with the main cannon
This isn’t a multiverse, it’s a different galaxy
@@user-xp2de9uo1m not if anakin is indeed an essentially a darth vader variant which is a theory
Multiple timelines makes way more sense than the multiverse, I doubt we’ll see alternate realities.
alternate realitites makes the most sense... a force vision is not the multiverse. we have seen alternate realities ALL the time in past star wars projects
The multiverse has existed since Disney took over Star Wars. The moment Disney created cannon and legends, is when the Star Wars multiverse was born
you are completely wrong… legends is just non canon material. It is NOT a multiverse
@@exjdawg and what’s so wrong with making it a multiverse we already saw what they would do if the timeline got extended
@@exjdawg anything that is in different timeline is in a different universe. Legends is a different timeline, hence a different universe
It shouldn’t be like superhero movies it’s nicer when it’s just one universe!
agreed
I disagree reason is cause with a MULTI VERSE we can have new story's set an alternate universe be told , like a star killer show a kotor( legends version) show for example and Georges original trilogy could be made even . it would be an upside not a down side but what is ironic is starwars already has a multiverse its just not canonized yet . I feel ike Starwars fans are worried because they think that ten Anakins are gonna meet each other that's not that case . It just allows new story's to be told
If they do a multiverse it might be better because if they decide to keep it to 1 the whole franchise might die out since there really cant be a bigger threat than the empire now that there is "supposed" to be balance in the force
there are entire galaxies that havent been explored and tons of different time periods that havent been explored in star wars. they dont need to do any multiverse stuff imo
@@exjdawg still the main thing was about balance to the force to the "universe" so they really cant have a greater threat or it would just make everything look dumb
I really don't want Star Wars to turn into a Marvel-type thing. One universe is good enough.
I came here mad at the title, and then I i sat down and STFU when I heard you clear the air 😅 you da man 🙌 I love your tone in this one 😂
I rather have the multiverse than the Disney sequel trilogy
its not a multi verse, its another galaxy
Yes cos I wanna see a multiverse or time travel where they can possibly save Anakin then we can see a load of cool stuff
There were comics about multiverses before Disney had rights of star wars
You're right!!
I think it’s possible, the world between worlds exists outside time so its possible the could make it so it’s accessible by alternate timelines which means it could open the door to a what if show
they can make a what if show without making the multiverse a thing. just make the show non canon like star wars visions.
@@exjdawg yes or like marvel they could introduce the multiverse in canon first, you know like what if, before what if we got endgame introducing the concept of timelines and then loki introducing the multiverse fully which then followed by the what if show
The Starwars universe got screwed by the new trilogy and sadly there is likely no going back. StarWars was and always will be the Anakin's story of failure and redemption. Anything else is just a fanfic. (Thrawn could have saved us if they made him the villain in the new trilogy. But they didnt)
Really?
There is a comic where han solo crashed on earth and die that is definetly an alternate reality
Lets not forget about star wars visions who take place in different realities again.
Yeah l know legends is non canon material but its stands on it own in his own parallel universe.
Multiverse is not a big thing in star wars and its already exist we just dont get a serie or movie about it.😊😅
FIRST this might actually happen
ahsoka having force visions or the multiverse?
E
You're completely wrong actually. There are different timelines. Evidence being The Star Wars Expanded/Legends. Star Wars Visions is another prime example. Plus Dave and Disney can say the World Between Worlds isn't "Time Travel" all day but, Ezra saving Ahsoka from imminent death by Vader, is changing time and by default "time travel." Sorry not sorry not people. Plus yeah JDAWG based on most fictional time travel thus far when one starts messing with time paradoxes and alternative timelines begin. Don't be so sure...
That's not multiverse though.
A multiverse with various timelines is not multiple takes on an ip like legends/disney star wars/vision.
Characters from legends won't meet disney ones, and neither will meet vision ones
@@thomasbardoux1692 I didn't say that it was a Multiverse, nor did I say those characters would meet but, to say Star Wars doesn't have different timelines or universes by default is wrong because, clearly there are whole different timelines with different characters and people.
You can write stories without it being canon. If legends was also merged into canon, then it would have to be an alternate timeline for it to make sense.
I am not completely wrong actually. Legends content isnt a "seperate timeline" in star wars. its simply content that has been made that is not canon whatsoever. Legends is its own thing, canon is its own thing. There are no multiverses in star wars and if you think otherwise then it is simply your own headcanon.

That's not what timeline means in this situation.
Timeline refers to variation of a story *within* a universe. Such as with a multiverse or some version of time travel.
What you describe is different versions of the ip.
Star wars has been dead
