DELICIOUS AND EASY NIGERIAN FISH STEW/FISH SAUCE/ PERFECT FOR YAM AND MOST STAPLES

Today I will be showing you how I make my favourite fish sauce recipe. it is perfect for a simple home meal and special enough to be served at a party. My fish sauce recipe is the most delicious recipe you will find online today and I hope you try this recipe soon.
FISH SAUCE RECIPE
2 Mackerel(Titus) fish
5 tatashe/paprika peppers
5 tomatoes
6-8 scotch bonnet peppers
2 large onions
3/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon thyme
seasoning powder to taste
salt to taste
3 bell peppers (1/2 of each)(red, yellow and green)
2 cloves garlic

If you want to eat it with white rice, towards the end, I suggest you don't add the sliced bell peppers , add fresh curry leaves...the taste will take you to back to the olden days. Tastes like grandma stew... heavenly
