Can we take a moment to appreciate Christine's skill for telling a story?
It's a story alright.
For real
Never!!!
Never better….one of my favorites
🙄
Our criminal justice system is very corrupt. Thanks be to God you were able to survive this awful system.
It is controlled by Satan and those who serve him.
Its about enforcing "laws" and continually imposing fines on the population, it is nothing to do with justice. More about entitled yuppie rich kids if anything.
Our entire society is corrupt, because, we lack God.
I went to jail as well. A mastered degreed businesswoman, ten time author and mother of two. I got caught up with a horrible post divorce relationship and had the tables turned on me. A sheriffs deputy told me the same thing: I know you don’t belong here. I cannot tell you how awesome it is to hear such an accomplished woman being humble enough to share this story. God is so merciful. Though I hadn’t done anything wrong it was a wake up call to go home to my family. God saved me that day. As He has so many times. And yes the women I met …. Most were just on the wrong end of bad luck
It happened to me too...last summer. Horrifying. This gave me PTSD
I had a relationship with a man who was in recovery. It was more a friendship than anything else, but He was a terrible drunk. Tried desperately to help him into several rehabs. Numerous run ins with police because of his drunken behavior. I had never met or dealt with anyone alcoholic. It was a horrifying experience. He eventually died because he was beyond help. In his defense he had experie cedar a horrible situation when he was 12 which would make anyone sympathetic and willing to help. I pray he is in God's arms because sober he was an amazing person. Drunk, he was almost a monster. Be careful who you try and help.
@@barbaragreen7802 how tragic. Had bless you both!
@@kermierogers7876 yes. I’ve been struggling with PTSD for a decade from it. Developed agoraphobia and can’t answer the phone or leave the house without having a panic attack. God help us
@@worldofthesupernatural Funny. The whole experience definitely hurt my trust in others, so I keep to myself. Much safer that way. Seems like there are demons roaming among us a lot now. Makes me not want to help people. Which is just sad.
I tend to look at prison as the purgatory of the temporal world.
It is temporary
Your life is suspended
You are not going anywhere
You are stuck in one place.
You spend your time thinking about what you have done, your choices and how you can amend your life,
So many have found God while in prison.
It really can be a form of mercy with a chance for redemption.
My crime was rescuing Preborn Babies! Something to be much more proud about than forgetting a court date. It definitely helps to be honest.
Remember Our Corporal Works of Mercy as Jesus IS at the Door and We the Church Must Be Light to Those in darkness!
I totally expected the injustice that I was about to experience. My constant prayer was "Jesus I Trust in You!"
Great story Christine Niles that experience helped mold the person you are today. Remember don’t let your past failures and mistakes define you; and tomorrow is promised to nobody. It’s what you do and what you are today that counts. So do ✝️ Gods work daily, avoid sin and become a Saint 1-day at a time and you will sleep well every night as a bonus.
Spent 2 times in juvenile detention. 1 time as an adult. Glad my mom prayed for me. We’re all sinners, thanks be to God, He forgives. The screaming may also have been ddts from alcoholism withdrawal.
Wow. Thanks for sharing Christine. This really touched my heart ❤️
What does not break you Christine, only makes you stronger!
Listening was a powerful blessing.
I spent about 4 hours in a cell and that was enough for me. Ten days must have felt like a lifetime.
So yes this is a good lesson to remember eternity and where you need to spend it!!!
Your story has given me the resignation to take all that God has given me as I deserve this.
😂
I told a judge in West Palm Beach ( sentencing me for reckless motorcycle riding )
That I knew a lot more about operating a motorcycle than he does.
😂😂😂😂
Im never making that mistake again.
I'm so damn proud of you
Hi, I work in a state prison. I try to be nice to the inmates. I hate it when my coworkers power trip. However most are good to the incarcerated. I try to encourage them to find Jesus to the different religions and satanic. But being in liberal state I could get in trouble for that. My brother put it best, he’s a sheriff. He said “ We give them food, medical care, warm bed. Why not give them a savior Jesus Christ. Thank you for your story. God bless the incarcerated.
I believe it was Venerable Archbishop Fulton Sheen who said sometimes the only way God can reach a hardened heart is by first breaking it.
wow - i almost cried. How wonderful she remembered the captivity of our Lord in jail and felt greatful for the experience and submitted her will to the one of Almighty God. Thank you for the testimony
"But thou, O Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness." Psalm 86:15
Great storytelling. I had an experience of going in front of the judge for taking excessive clams at the beach. The judge told me that I would have spent time in jail or a fine of up to $1,000 but gave me a minimum fine of $250. She said to me that I committed a crime against the environment. That experience gave me a sense of the two-tier justice system in America. To this day, I wonder how people get away with murder by taking the lives from the wombs and not committing a crime against humanity.
An idiot judge. There is no such thing as a crime against the environment. Could she cite the crimeStay out of “blue” states. There must be something in their water that makes them nuts.
@@sophiachavez3377 It happened in San Diego, the city in which Cardinal Mcelroy is claiming climate change causes death and destruction worse than abortions. Besides having to pay a fine, it showed up on my record as a misdemeanor when I had to go through a background investigation. If we can enforce some kind of law like this for people performing abortions, it would reduce the number significantly.
I can somewhat relate to your story. I have spent up to more than a month in jail, one month in Federal Prison in contempt of court of Federal Judge Patrick Kelly in Wichita, KS. That month in Federal Prison was an absolute blessing for me.
I did longer than that. But hey Jesus went to jail too lol. Great story!! Great video!!
Thank you for sharing your personal story. ✝️🌹
Thanks for listening
This makes me admire Christine even more .
Wonderful testimony Christine. God bless you!
The contacts I made with the poor lost souls in prison was well worth the time I "lost" in prison, especially Robert S. Johnson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. God bless him and his wife Gloria!
Thank God that you were able to experience the unjust Judgement against you in that US Court!
Amen 🙏! Thank you, for sharing, It’s happening for you for reasons, The Divine Mercy, Was with you! Alleluia, Alleluia!” And Now you have been strong woman, with your Catholic Faith!” Amen 🙏
Ms. Niles, I understand this story. God finally got me cornered in a 60 day stretch. It's amazing how being jailed God gives freedom.
Thank you, Christine
You should thank that judge every day for exercising tough love on you. It seems to this day, you seem to think you were mistreated , but that judge exposed you to the mercy of God's justice. A lesson you are slowly accepting.
Thank you Christine for sharing your story - it really touched my heart.
I used to think of those who lived on the streets as losers taking advantage of the "system" for a handout until I started volunteering at a Catholic women's drug rehab center.
It was there that I heard some heartbreaking accounts of people's lives - kids raped, women who abandoned their kids for a host of different reasons, children who did not know who their father was, and so much more.
It was then I realized that, but for the grace of God, that could have been me - I had been raised in a loving, family, felt safe and secure in my family environment but never really appreciated my mom and dad - I thought all parents were like mine, and took them for granted, until I heard the sad stories of others.
That really helped me to love and appreciate my parents in a whole new different way.
Your real life experience must have been frightening being thrust into the heart of the criminal system, but God allowed it for a reason - he brought you to Him - praise God. God bless you for sharing.
Today
I'm sorry you had to experience that, but like most hard lessons in life you learned from it and moved on. Thanks for the story, it's worth telling. God Bless.
Thanks Jesus you are okay ✝️🛐❤️🔥
One of the most incredible stories I have ever heard. What a courageous soul you are ! God Bless You and your strength in the face of these demons
I graduated HS in Ft Pierce. John Carroll, 1978 - still here. We would go to the North Beach to watch and mingle with all the surfers.
Yes, we must have a compassion heart-unconditional love to those vulnerable - not to take advantage or abuse when you have the authority or power.
Christine Niles I'm So Proud Of You! You Learned A Lot From Your Incarceration, And Turned Your Life Over To Christ! May GOD Richly Bless You And Your Family As Well. Amen And Shalom.✝️✝️🛐🛐📛🕊️🕊️🕊️💞💓💕🤰🤱🧬🤰🤱✨👑✨😇🌟🤗🙏🙏🙏🇨🇦🇮🇱🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🗽🦅‼️
Thank you so much for sharing your story. I admire your bravery!
Thankyou Christine.
Young people should hear more testimonies like this one. They show that human weaknesses can be overcomed through faith.
Horrible experience Dios mio Thanks very much for sharing ,,,it was a tough lesson and I learn too Thank you!
Thank you for sharing. My motto has already been God’s will, but God helps those who help themselves. For the first time in my 67 years, I couldn’t accept God’s. How could my husband be dying? He was so smart, he took care of me and our family. There is a lesson in this journey of just about 2 years. I know , He will tell me or show me the way and grant me to accept this the experience was His way. Still praying, still questioning but I know the answer is there.
sometimes we need a wake up call to show us we aint all that .
In my youth, after 3 year in the french marines, I came back to the civil life, knew nothing about politics, communism, etc. As I came for a very poor peasants family I thought the best choice would be communism. So, in Paris I started to work for the Russians. As I was not a low profile young adult the french political police caught me. I had to serve prison for spying, it is where I turned back to Catholicism, when I got out I was no more a communist. To sum up, anybody, especially when young, can do mistakes.
I've done 5 years locked up. Your my Hero Christine
Hey Christine, that jail time gives you street cred! God bless & drive slow! :)
I ADORE this woman...
Amazing!!
Thank you for this
❤❤❤ God bless you!!!
Wow! That was deep! And I didn't even hear the whole story!
Very enjoyable, and memory invoking. Thanks for sharing.
Isn't the Lord incredible?!! I am so glad that you are His. Thank you for sharing your story. God bless!!!!!
Wow! New meaning to being in the right place at the wrong time.
Pride, most of time comes before the Fall. Not so with Our Lord, of course. Falling, which we all do, hopefully leads us to repentance and asking for God’s Mercy. I did jail ministry for 5 years and the thing I realized is we all make mistakes and we are all in a learning time to go back to God and his teachings.
Thank you for sharing Christine.
I would have said the same thing. I believed in honestly. I’m sorry you went through that.
Compared to what some teenagers do can we all appreciate Christine being rebellious by having blonde hair 😂 you go girl 😅
Haha! My poor father was mortified at the time ...
God bless you!
Good talk.
You weren't in there for a traffick infraction. You were in there for failure to appear in court.
I worked corrections in a county jail for a while. The difference between those who are locked up and those who aren't often times is simply "Some got caught and others didn't".
Scripture tells us that "God establishes all authority, and that if we wish to not fear authority we are to obey the laws".
I see this truly as the correcting hand of God in your life calling you to repent or change your life.
God sometimes needs to shock us back into reality. We can either respond and course correct or continue on to receive our wages of sin.
"Whom the Lord loves He reproves and chastens. He chastises every son (or daughter) He receives"
May God grant us all repentance that we might return to our sense's.
Giirrl...you NEVER say that to the judge. You plead for mercy because you had a temporary laspe in memory.
Thank you for the kind words, but there was nothing courageous about me. It was a severe mercy from God, to bring me back to Him.
"O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures for ever." Psalm 136:1
Fort Piercer here, not small anymore but yes, very "small town" for a long time.
A story of growth and hope. ❤
Thanks Christine for this witness in faith. It know from experience it take courage and humility to make these decisions to tell others of your hardships in life. God bless you and your family 🙏✝️🇭🇺🇺🇸
Thank you for your honesty Christine, none 🙏 of us are perfect 🥰
Great, inspiring story! 🌊You must miss the ocean and beaches surfer girl. I wish Church Militant would move to Florida.
Kudos! God allows things to happen for a purpose. You are a strong woman and the experience you encountered made you a better person. Justice system? Ah! There is corruption everywhere...Keep safe and God bless.
Lord Jesus Christ “Vengeance is Mine” and He will treat that cruel judge justly. Stay strong and blessed CHRISTine.
From the 23 min into the video, her experience in court while recalling Christ's suffering was a privileged moment for her to imitate Christ.
God is. God used this experience to wake you up and to turn you to Him. From surfer girl to inmate to disciple. I had one of these experiences, too. I too was a college kid. Summer break, phone call, 'come back to Alaska and work for us'. All my money to get there - get there - 'oh we've changed our minds, we don't want you now'. (God took me there and then didn't hire me for my greater good).
But I have no money and I am in a town where no one knows me. My own Mother did not help me. But my Divine Mother was waking me from my mortal sleep. I went a week without eating - I was so hungry I tried to steal a donut but was caught. Who really loves you? It is God. What is the real nature of this creation? It is a jumbled mess at best. What are you here for? You are here to return to your source, which is God.
Certainly very eye 👁 opening .... Sorry you went through a terrible time ... Learning for me was important ... PEACE and BLESSINGS 🙌
Mrs. Niles ten days in jail verses 40 days in a fox hole at 18 years old is not a comparrison here. But when you compare it is not a very good measurement in our lives. Foxhole Catholics as we were called, because Marines would pray the rosary as we were getting fired on. This is the cross we must bear.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT !!
😂I can’t believe we have a lot in common. I had a bench warrant too for forgetting to pay my ticket. But fortunately, my now husband bailed me out. And I had a nice cop too. I was not handcuffed though. I am such a sanguine tho I was laughing and crying and made a glamor shot photo of my mugshot.
We all grew up that way ,, around the world ...
Thanks for the reality of the USA prison life.
Please spare us.
Funny thing I thought I was properly catechized, but now I don't think I was.
That was excellent....as far as I was able to listen.....would love to know how you earned early release.
The details of handcuffs...and Shackles??!... . those extremes of treatment just don't happen in NZ 🇳🇿🇳🇿..handvuffs only for violent offenders...and forget ordinary policemen and women routinely carrying guns.
Proverbs 21:1
You know your hearing is going when you hear the that the sponsor is Bill Gates for life. On the upside many hymns I hear at church are much improved by the humorous words that I hear, as opposed to the lousy words they actually sing.
You pierced your own ears?
You got more courage than I do.
I had a severe mercy as well, no jail but hanging out with the wrong people.
Did you ever re-connect with the judge and how , if any, did your testimony affect him?
I just cannot picture our lovely Christine in jail. Me, yes. Christine, no!
That is what is wrong, too many people put her on a pedestal
Very sad to hear Christine talking about her 10 day prison experience. How could that happen in country like America. ...
I had warrants on me before, but thank God I never forgot to turn up in court . And they were settled with heavier fine 😢
good grief - what a horrible experience Christine. In Australia - you just get a ticket in the mail, and just have to pay it on time. Demerit points apply though.
90 days would have done your soul good. Thank God that our gracious Lord was merciful to you
Really enjoyed You sharing Your Story Thankyou
Your a rebel! :P
Not Christen! I pray.
I was thinking you were in CZcams jail for 10 days LOL !
I know Christine is gone from Church Militant now, but a great follow up to this could be interviews of Rescuers and other pro-life heroes going to jail for trying to stop the slaughter of innocent children. Could she be contacted and recommended to do this?
Christine; a piece of constructive criticism a bit too late for you, but not for some young people. - When someone ignores a traffic citation, and court date, to the point where a court has to issue a warrant for them, there is an old legal term which comes to the mind of a judge presiding over the court, and that is "Scofflaw". - That is someone who scoffs at, or disrespects the Law. There are few other things, which makes judges grumpier, than someone who seemingly "blows off" court dates. warrants, etc. The attitude which people must have is one of contrite and apologetic. If it was just one instance of missing the date for the ticket, you could pay the fine and go in most circumstances. A good lawyer will instruct their clients in that attitude /approach. The last thing which a judge wants to hear from a defendant is complaints about jail conditions, (which he has no authority to intervene in) just a willingness to settle the legal matter before the Court. It looks like your life has gone better for you since. Blessings.
It's a hard job but someone has to do it.
No driving under suspended licence. Criminal.
True criminals were the judge and sheriff's, what happened to trial by jury or sentence fitting the crime Or an actual crime, was there a victim?
Just as a side note, he zip tied your wrists likely because your wrists were so small. I am a former correctional officer and women with extremely small wrist bones can get out of handcuffs if they know how.
I imagine that was a long ten days for you and very eye opening. I did the job for nearly five years before moving into another area in law enforcement. I am no longer working in that field (Praise God!), it takes a huge emotional and spiritual toll on a person. I would guess you and I are the same age and we experienced the jail life at the same period in time, albeit from different sides of the bars. Listening to you talk has been both healing and difficult because I know that there were many times , when that job had worn down my spirit, when I had been physically assaulted, pepper sprayed, spit on, threatened and verbally abused, that I became the officer who no longer looked at the people I saw. For those times I am truly sorry. I did try yo be compassionate, but there were days when I had none left to give. My soul was grieved and exhausted. I too know that God was looking out for me; I actually converted to Catholicism in the midst of that; two weeks after I quit I took my First Communion at the Easter Vigil. I was still very immature in my faith, but I understand now that God was using that place and my experiences there for His Glory and for future events in my life.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
