@@jakubroszka1021 roush superchargers arent great, thats why i got a stage 2 with only minor stuff, i got vmp supercharger on my coyote and it runs with mclarens and huracans
We like the scream of a whipple 2.9l supercharger, ditch the cats, put on some headers and a performance tune, now you're talking an extra 150-200 bolt on hp without tearing the motor down. My '17 ZL1 puts 640hp to the wheels and that's a very mellow number compared to some guys I know, its my daily driver and 780 at the crank is enough for me.

mustangs kills me with that 6th gear setting every time. unmach to the others,this car easily go to 320-330km/h but they make struggle to reach 280...

According to my research, roush supercharger are twin-screw? (And if they are twinscrew, not technically, a blower , which applies to a root type supercharger, which does not compress within the blower itself, hence referring to as a “blower”) in a twin screw type The air travels along an axial path from one end to the other where it is compressed due to a reduction in volumetric space. in the roots type the air traverses from the top to the bottom being “positively displaced” but only compressed outside the blower body due to a velocity decrease of the air on the outlet side.
Wondering if it s quicker than my C7 Z06? 🤔 a Mustang is 1850 kg, and the roush is 750 hp My C7 is 1550 kg with 660 hp. Looking forward to reading the chrono.

@ProGen6 Actually I know someone who has one. His hits a wall at 285, which in my eyes is a far cry from 300+.

Just because a car will do what you say, doesn't make it fact. Many cars hit an aerodynamic wall at these speeds, You can grasp that right?
@ProGen6 Also, I have a much lighter car that is 630hp at the wheels, (Im sure the mustang would be 640/650 at the wheels counting losses) I would never claim in did 300+ unless I could back it up. And Im sure it could do it.
@@sferg3291if you would own one of these you would know that 6th gear is an absolute overdrive gear and is not meant for acceleration. It's not about the aeordynamics of the car, it's simply the gearing. There are aftermarketsolutions to fix this, but most of the Stang drivers dont need this, me included. It's also pretty nice to cruise easily with the 6th gear
@@freshdumbledore2198 Just looked this up. Turns out i'm wrong. Looks like you shift around ~280 to 6th and then you hit the wall because of the huge rpm drop. But there's no doubt that it could reach that with the right gear ratio. Like the 10 speed auto would not even doubt going to 300 with 630-650 wheel. This car is a beast any how.
