Hello, in the pot in pot method, if you have the fish inside, how can you remove the small pot to change the water? Won't the fish get hurt/die?
Well that's simple just remove the inner pot by tilting a little bit so that if there is any fish in the pot it can get into bigger pot. Now remove the fishes carefully with a fishnet from the bigger pot and transfer them in a bucket.

Hello !! I also started from lotus seed and my plant is going strong. It’s less than a year old and since past 2 months got aerial big leafs also.. but my question is - why my bigger lotus leaf has thorny stem. I got pretty bas scratches in last maintenance as if i was dealing with a thorny rose bush
Yes desi lotus leaves grow thorny stems once matured. Absolutely normal. Be careful while dealing with it.

I brought a purple water Lilly and nursery owner said its a purple flowers water Lilly but there is only purple bud before fully it blooms but after fully blooms it becomes white can u tell me why is this happening?

Hello again, if after 10 days when the soil has settled you realize you've put too much and there's not enough water space left for the water Lily itself, can you remove some of the soil or will that damage the structure?
Not a problem. 3-4 inch of water level will be fine.
