- I love the motion in this piece! My favorite elements are the wooden post, the rusty cleat, and the fish. I've also experimented on texturing the body instead of covering it with feathers, what do you guys think of the results?

I was utterly moved by what you were constructing, but I have to promise that this masterpiece made the experience much more enjoyable. The pelican and the fish put a big smile on my face, while the pole on the pier was decorated with an inscription. Beautiful!

The entire piece is spectacular! It really wants to be the centrepiece in a huge marble entrance hall.

That attention to detail, with the screw and the screwdriver... THAT is actually a Mark of a True Craftsman. Making sure the screwheads are all lined up and in the same orientation, is what True Craftsfolk do. Electricians, Carpenters, Welders, Machinists... and now... apparently... Choclatiers too.

OMGOSH! Looks so amazing! I see this so often in Louisiana...go fishing and the pelicans aren't afraid of humans..they land on docks with a mouth full of fish and chuzzle them down. Makes me want to hit the swamps & catch some supper!

If I want to learn his art, I woukd need to go to pastry school, learn carpentry, sculpting, air brush painting techniques, chocolate tempering, wood carving... and maybe many more.
He actually screwed in the chocolate! This is HGTV. We're looking for an open concept kitchen with a large chocolate island great for entertaining. How did he get the fish to stay upside down? Freeze spray?
