      You can do other jobs, but if other company provide you work permit then your fine otherwise you have to find jobs or company who provide you work permit.

    Bro, my husband came here on 2020( student visa) . I came here with critical work permit on late 2020. We gone back to India and got married last year. We didn't change husband's GNIB. He is still here on student visa. But it will expire by next month. Actually we don't know the procedure how to change student visa to spouse Visa. We took appointment for renewal..but they are not allowing us to enter inside. He said you can do it in online. All videos, Google information is only telling how to take spouse visa if they are coming outside Ireland . No info regarding how to change student visa to spouse Visa while we are here.       Any time spent on student visa, doesn’t count towards residency. Only work permit holder stamp counts towards residency. You cannot change the study visa unless you have got the work permit.

      You can apply for skillsd visa if you wanted to, if you have certain qualifications & experience.
      And also you can enrol in PHD program while working, some companies will allow do that. But at the same time, pressure will be high.
      After critical skills visa, you’ll eligible for stamp 4 after 24 months. Some people are getting stamp 4 in 21-22 months. Good luck 👍

      You can come on master’s to uk or Ireland. But spouse wouldn’t be allowed as dependent until you’re a student. But whenever you get work permit then your spouse can join you.

      Talk to you local travel agent & get advice. Your friend in Ireland cannot do anything except provide you information. Get a good travel agent advice & see if they have any work permits information.

      If you do master’s, its for one year and you will get 2 years searching for job and then het critical skill work permit. Salary its over 30K annually.

    Hi Bro, I am planning to do MBA (1 year course from Ireland) , currently i am 39 years old and having 14+ years experience in Security industry and managing the operations including customer service and manpower deployed at different clients site. I am associated with the no 1 security company of India named Sis Limited and my designation is Branch Head. I just wanted to know , after my study visa ,can i work with security agencies (after availed security licence) and how to apply for PR further. Your reply in this regard will appreciate and help me to build my overseas carrier.

      You can get job in security no problem, but your priority is work permit to stay further in Ireland. And that’s totally depends on the company where you apply in.

      It’s not possible if you’re a student. You need to have work permit, if you want to sponsor your family.

      You have to be working atleast for one full year & pay relevant taxes before you can sponsor your wife.

      Yes that correct. Because in Ireland if you want to sponsor somebody, you need to have 12 months full time employment prior to your application. Is your wife an Indian National.
