As ireland have critical skill and general work permit category. So if our pg course like scm/ logistics wont fall in the critical skill category even after securing job in scm after psw what are the chances of general work permit visa for 05 years. To be short and brief if our education wont fall in the critical skill visa can we still work in ireland for 05 years under general work permit.

Q1. if I come for masters and complete it under student visa stamp 2 and after that I go back to India without using stamp 1G visa for job search till 6 months can it be valid to come back after 6 months and continue to stamp 1G and search job.
Q2. if I get job under critical skill how many days of leave can by employer give me in 2 yrs like max 6 months (180 days) leave.
Q3. after getting critical work permit if I take leave for 1 month or so will that leave period but counted while considering my stamp 4 visa?. Are such leave allowed or they calculate no. of days or years to fulfil 5 yrs criteria for citizenship

Q1 - as long as you can permission to come back, i means as long as your IRP card is valid, you can come back.
Q2- Normally the company gives everyone 4 weeks off, thats it. Different companies have different rules, so I cannot answer this question clearly. But your asking 6 months off, which is not possible unless your employer is agreed.
Q3- Yes you can do that, but after getting critical skills permit, the employer cannot gives you straight off for 1 months, unless pre-condition before job. And your allowed for 6 weeks holidays annually for citizenship.
