    Hello,
    Good Evening!
    Thanks for Info!
    ---------------
Could you please shed some light on it as not sure what approch to be taken in my scenario Parvez, Thanks.
I got my critical work permit (24th Jan 2021 - 24th Jan 2023) , But due to a corona pandemic Situation, I came to Ireland after 3 months of my permit being granted. Started my employment in May 2021.
Therefore I would have completed my 20 months employment in Dec 2022.
Note: My Visa would expire in Jan 2023. (Where I would be left 24 days) after 20 months of employment on a Critical work permit.
    What action should be taken?
    1) Do I need to renew stamp1 for a 3 months to have a valid visa while applying for Stamp 4 letter
    Or
    2) Am I ok to apply for stamp 4 letter (As I do finish 20 months)
Could you kindly guide me on this matter, Thank you very much!!
