My question is only this if I will join as accountant in Ireland will this be under critical skill .? I confided a lot about this Because on website they mentioned qualified accountant are eligible but again if I will join after my master as accountant in any company will this be a critical skill job .? Hi Akshay - I wish we could stay out of country and still be able to maintain the Stamp 4 status. I am currently in the similar situation and I'd have to give up the same. But anyway, to keep the stamp 4, you have to be in the country and have an active job. if you got the Stamp 4 while doing some Business, you can even continue doing the same and still keep your stamp 4 status active. Hope that helps.

    Good Evening!
    Thanks for Info!
    ---------------
    Could you please shed some light on it as not sure what approch to be taken in my scenario Parvez, Thanks.
    I got my critical work permit (24th Jan 2021 - 24th Jan 2023) , But due to a corona pandemic Situation, I came to Ireland after 3 months of my permit being granted. Started my employment in May 2021.
    Therefore I would have completed my 20 months employment in Dec 2022.
    Note: My Visa would expire in Jan 2023. (Where I would be left 24 days) after 20 months of employment on a Critical work permit.
    What action should be taken?
    1) Do I need to renew stamp1 for a 3 months to have a valid visa while applying for Stamp 4 letter
    Or
    2) Am I ok to apply for stamp 4 letter (As I do finish 20 months)

      Hello - Well you should be atleast 12th Pass if you would like to pursue Bachelors from Ireland and atleast graduate/diploma holder if you would like to pursue Masters in Ireland. You would also be required to give your past educational qualifications like 10th and 12th Marksheets and other stuff including your IELTS Academic exam. All the best.

    • @DanishBhatia
      @DanishBhatia  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi - if I am understanding this correctly, do you mean if you choose to study in Ireland and want to get a work permit outside Ireland? Yes, it is possible, without a doubt. You can certainly apply for companies in Germany or France or even UK. Also, I want to call out that the companies might see you as "International" and not "European" so they might/might not, be in favor of "sponsoring"!!

      Hi Vishal, that's lovely. Do you want to come over to Ireland through ICT visa (Inter Company Transfer)?, you can watch this video: czcams.com/video/4iNMRB6jtnQ/video.html. If you want to comeover as a Student and then apply, you would need to take admission in any college or university. I have gone through in a lot of detail on my channel and I can promise you that the video will help you on every aspect! All the best.

    What are the requirements for starting a Sole-proprietorship as a non-eu citizen in Ireland? The actual business visa for Ireland is only for serious businesses or super expensive investments. Would it be possible to obtain a residency stamp as a sole-proprietor/sole business owner (like if I'm running a small business like restaurant or import/export business) I have searched the web for this info countless times but haven't found any accurate info yet.

    Hi Danish,
    Amazing content was informative and on the point.
    My query was regarding Stamp1 , which my employer has already applied and currently it's work in progress.
    In the mean , I'm receiving offers from other company. So is it possible to cancel current stamp 1 visa and apply for new stamp 1 visa.
    Or else , is it possible to apply for redundancy after working for certain months on Stamp 1

    • @DanishBhatia
      @DanishBhatia  Před 2 lety

      Hello there - thank you very much :) It absolutely is possible to stop the visa processing in between and re-apply for a different Stamp 1 with different company. The best route would be to email the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment and explaining them the situation. If you have paid for the Work Permit yourself, you might be eligible for a refund (minus small charge) and then you can re-apply for work permit. All the best.

      Hello Ravi - yes I understand. Generally CV main address ya phone number likha hota hai, companies know ki this number is not Irish and probably applicant Ireland main nai rehta to CV reject ho jata hai! Aap agar inter-company transfer le sakte ho, then aap Ireland ke client ke liye apply kar sakte ho, but I don't think Pharma company main client system hoga! Otherwise aap student visa pe aake jobs ke liye apply kar sakte ho. Ya lastly, aap apne CV se address and phone number hata ke and Ireland format main CV bana ke, yaha ki companies main apply karo.

    Hi danish
    Would appreciate if you could help with my dilemma here in Ireland.
    I have applied for stamp 1G already to renew my current residence permit which expires at the end of Nov and in between I got an offer with stamp 1 sponsorship. And recently I got my stamp 1 before my 1G.
    Now I’m a bit confused as to should I re apply for my residence permit with stamp 1 again?
