    Good video! would you say that in general, applying some resistance would be fine with back/stenosis issues?.

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  Pƙed 5 měsĂci +1

      It's usually ok as long as the resistance is at a tolerable level. It shouldn't cause pain while doing it.

    Thank you for the video and your time. I'm 4'10" do you think the bike will fit me? Also, what's the brand of the bike you're using? Thank you in advance.

      @More4Life  Pƙed 10 měsĂci +1

      I imagine you could probably use it at 4'10". I'm 5'3" and I use it at a setting "3", so it would probably fit if you scoot it all the way up.
      The brand in the video is LifeFitness. It's a commercial grade bike that's no longer in production, but here are the links I put in the description for similar versions.

    Is this good for si joint pain as well?

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  Pƙed 2 měsĂci

      In general gentle movement is good for SI joint pain. It's still important to address the underlying causes, but recumbent bikes are OK to use with SI joint pain.

      @More4Life  Pƙed rokem +5

      Yes, the bike is good for both. (And apparently you're a mind-reader because I made a video about using it for knee arthritis which will be released soon... stay tuned for that in few days). This is a commercial grade bike, but I put links in the description above for both a home-grade and commercial-grade bike.
