Tried it yesterday, followed the recipe step by step. In exact 40mins cake was ready. It was soft and smooth.

I tried this cake on new year,it was very soft,moist and had rich chocolate flavour.I used the measurements as you mentioned made some changes,replaced all purpose flour with whole-wheat flour,replaced water with milk and sugar I used 3/4cup as I like my cake to have moderate sweetness. Cooked probably 5 cakes in this week and this one came out to be the most tasty plus everyone in the house also liked it including the most NAKCHARDAS too. Ps. Add half tea spoon on baking powder as well to make it fluffy 😉

@Nazima Torakhan I used maida once. Another time I tried with wheat flour. Both are equally good.
Follow one of my tip actually I own a bakery and to help uh I wanna share a secret just from ur measurement take two tablespoons maida out and replace it with 2 tablespoons of corn flour and add vinegar to the batter at last just before uh place it in the oven and after addding vinagar just mix it once and place it in the oven please do give it a try

Honestly one of the best recipes I have tried. I substituted the water for the milk and it was extra soft and tasty.

It Works...!! I tried this today, I added 1tspn baking powder extra and used organic apple cider vinegar. Baked for only 38min and then wrapped in Aluminium Foil... To make it Moist... It turned out DAMN HOTTTT!! I LOVE YOU (VIDEO CREATOR!!)......

i once made this cake last year it turned out soooo yumm it was so hard to find it again

I baked this cake yesterday it was unbelievably soft and moist. I steamed this cake since I don’t have an oven and still turned out to be great! Absolutely loved this super easy recipe!

Bhakti Varma I filled a sauce pan with little water at the bottom and kept a steel coaster that is at a height inside the saucepan. Close the pan with its lid and keep it on medium to low flame till the water starts to boil. As soon as it starts to boil, place the cake tin on the coaster. Just make sure the tin doesn’t touch the water. I closed the tin with aluminum foil and then kept it in the sauce pan and use the lid to close the saucepan after placing the cake tin inside. Keep it on low flame after this for about 50 minutes. If you feel the water is not enough, you can boil some water and add it in between so that there’s continuous steam for the whole 50 minutes. Hope this was helpful!

Turned out very bad!
I made this cake but with some other things like instead of coco powder .I used bournvita😅and instead of oil .I used ghee . instead of vinegar and water .I used warm milk and garnish with gems and almonds it turn out really amazing .Very tasty I tried it on my mother,s bday 😋😋😋😀
