- This chocolate cake recipe is easy and simple to make and tastes delicious. I suggest to use a good quality cocoa powder because the cocoa powder you use will have an impact to the flavor of the cake. Adding coffee to the cake is optional but it enhances the chocolate flavor on it.

Today was my parent's 28th anniversary. And I tried your recipe..I also made other recipes before but by Allah's grace and your recipe..my cake turned out really well this time and for the first time ever my father and mother both liked the cake..and my father said that it was perfect ..which was the best compliment ❤

First of all , i would like to thank the owner of the awesome channel for the great recipies especially this one.
I have written down the ingredients and method.
Ingredients:
1 cup cake flour
1/3 cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Sift all dry ingredients
Add then:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup full cream milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together
Then add to the mix :
1/2 to 1 tsp coffee and 1/2 cup boiling water
1tbsp white vinegar
Mix all again
*Put cake mix in a pan and to the oven , temp 175 C for 40 minutes*.
For Frosting:
Turn stove on low heat and heat up 250 ml evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cocoa powder
1 tbsp plain flour
When proper thickness , turn heat off and add 40 g of salted/unsalted butter.
Phew...took me sometime to write down all ingredients and method , but there you go folks.

@@zakfrancis5352 she has not mentioned in the video how much a cup equals in grams.However , i have made this cake last week and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing , my own measurement of a cup was exactly 200 grams.

Today I made this cake. However, I misread the recipe and added 1 cup of boiling water instead of just half. As you can imagine, it was a disaster, but I was not giving up. I added some dry ingredients and I am very happy to say the cake still came out GREAT. No need for frosting because it tastes great on its own. Thank you so much for this recipe! #NeverGiveUp 😅

I made this today and it was amazing! I just reduced the amount of sugar. I put 3/4 cup of sugar but still very sweet. If you don't like it very sweet I think just over half cup of sugar is enough for this recipe

@@rainbowrain8047 same preparation but instead of oven i just used a preheated cooker and baked it in the cooker for 35mins. Preheat an empty cooker for 10 to 15mins. Then place the cake batter inside the cooker on a stand inside it. Keep the flame between low to medium and bake it for 35mins. And all done

Anne Oliveros ,In India we have aavin brand which is full cream milk :). But you can use normal milk for this recipe
