Absolutely killed it! I’ve always been overwhelmed with the idea of kitbashing an army but you are right, kitbashing a spearhead is totally doable! especially when those Dead Animal Bits shipments arrive!
Oh those ball bearings would make for some wicked tyranid conversions
would love to see a Bloodborne inspired kitbash. I know its Playstation exclusive, but its the best Fromsoft game imo, as well as the one with the most unique style. Maybe a Tzeentch Amygdala or Death Korps of Krieg Hunter or something idk

This might be my favorite out of all your kitbashes, really really creative!
I very much like your Great Untree One, when you showed the footage from Darksouls 3 I was kind of expecting this to be a great unclean one kitted out with a ton of Sylvaneth bits, I could see taking something like the tree lord and cutting away flat body sections to cover most of the skin on a great unclean one and maybe using to the limbs from two of them to get those six very long limbs it was ambling around on.
Would definitely Love to see more additions to this Army. These conversations are what first drew me to your channel

Love the nurglification of things
Nurgle anything are the only minis that look worse the better the painting is. That said, VERY good. I love your videos.
I used to use weighted bases to bring back some heft when minis started to shift away from metal. I also grew up in triple weight chess pieces. Theres something satisfying about the extra weight in your hand. I bet the gruesome orbs do much the same thing.

I started collecting warhammer models from watching your original Nurgle corrupted Sylvaneth. Now a year later I have finally started to kitbash my own Sylvaneth army (tyranid infestation versus nurgle corruption). I just finished my Kurnoth Greatsword, Tree Revs, and Spite Revs, but was intimidated by my next unit the Tree Lord. This video came just at the right time and really helped with decreased that intimidation!

Imagine walking into some forest as a band of Sigmarites only for the trees to move and the bells of nurgle to toll with one of these coming out.

I love your "Nurgle-eth" army & am glad to see it expanded further. If you're trying to brainstorm the next kitbash for them, maybe some Pusgoyle + Spiteriders could work.

Exactly right on time for me to start my Sylvaneth Spearhead box. The big question for me has been what mad conversions I would like to theme my army on but still am pretty stumped. I do love the idea of nurgle Sylvaneth as they are sworn enemies in the lore. This one is really nice and although I wont be going the Nurgle route, I will be taking notes on how you were able to incorporate another them into this treelord

It may be.. bit wild However for Pete this may be cool to see him try .. if you know Darksiders How would a stormcast enteral themed like the Angels and DEMONS of the Darksiders series? It be a mix of both ideas just maybe the flying like high rank units the mix of Angels and demon designs instead???
Have you considered adding a "Souls" marker so our hero knows where they died last? Maybe something to do after the tree's first kill ;)
I could totally imagine a souls bonfire maybe with a skeleton taking up some of the realestate on that base, though honestly the fight die repeat git gud scrub ethos of the Fromsoft games could be a very cool way to theme a Khorn or Khorn corrupted Stormcast army.
I added 'bloodstains' around my zombie dragon, their a great subtle detail for any souls inspired model
@@caveychip7510 another cool one could be to get a person shaped stencil and airbrush on some thinned down black 3.0 to try and get the shadows from where other players had died in demon souls.

I recently kitbashed some Lamia Noisemarines by replacing the legs of 5 Legionaires with the snake tails from the Daughters of Khaine Melusai kit, and would love to see if you could improve on the idea. I'm also planning to kitbash some Tempestus Scions with the stags from the Wild Riders/Sisters of the Thorn kit, in order to imitate the "centaurs" of the Interex discovered by the Lunar Wolves right before they became the Sons of Horus.
I love your conversion/kitbashing videos, and look forward to the next one.

Where did you get the nurglings from
I've gotta be honest, I'm not sold on the stomach bubbles. It's too much, and because they're so large the imperfections in where they join and the unnatural look of the paint on them is emphasised. The smaller clusters on the back and legs are great though.
Didn't Sylvaneth get another HQ to match the Beetle Lady within the year? Why not have the matching pair, using Bloab Rotspawn kit. If the bases are similar. Not sure if it would work.
